I wasn’t sure what to expect as this is not my usual branch but I couldn’t wait to write my review! Everybody was extremely friendly, chatty and helpful. They went above and beyond also aligning my rear wheels, even though I just booked a front end. They all went to great lengths to explain everything they’d done, which was very interesting. I may well go back to the Bexleyheath branch as the experience was so great. Thanks guys. Extremely pleased and impressed!

I bought 4 new tyres Goodyear from this guys and to be fitted after 4 weeks , mentioned to them to be from this year 2025 , however they didn’t care and one is from 2024 old tyre . I have call the garage and the call centre and told me to cancel them up and reorder them without guarantee that the new ones will all be 2025. Not Helpful , selling old tyres and fouling people. Costco never disappointed me !

National tyres used to be a good company before Halfords took over, they are not very welcoming now and they all seem miserable. Had front wheel alignment done and was given no paperwork to show me the old readings before and after adjustment, I had to ask to get shown them on a computer. I would not use again and next time go elsewhere. Shame.

The website said that the tyre I required was available.
I ordered the tyre expecting a Monday fitting. This was not available. So, I took time off work and booked an 08.30 appointment on Tuesday. I arrived on time, the tyre had not been delivered and did not arrive until after 11.30. As I thought that The tyre would not be fitted if I did not leave my car due to the booking system, I left my car and walked the mile or so home and went onto work. I was contacted later in the afternoon to say that the car was ready. When I collected the vehicle, the free battery and battery system check which I had requested had not been actioned. So, not very impressed.

Great guys and super quick. I booked online and turned up early and was seen straight away. Polite and efficient guys and a pleasure to do business with.

first of all, the employees speak very badly to the customers. I had an appointment to leave at 10 o'clock, but I didn't take it into account until 11, saying that I would have to wait around 3 more hours for the change of the 4 tires, something enormous for the change of 4 tires .I would have to go back right after they finished to redo the tracking becalisme the car stil pull to the lift

So my tyres that I paid for online wasn't the ones I ordered as the ones I ordered was A wet grip and A fuel consumption and the ones that got put on the car are B wet grip and C fuel consumption. When I asked about this the technician said this was the ones that got sent over. If it happens again I will not be using national tyres/Halfords for any thing else. We will see what the put on Saturday as I've ordered another set for the rears.

The work was carried out efficiently and without fuss. Waiting areas could be improved for customers at this branch.

No walk in availability despite the tyre being in stock which means a day's delay in getting my new tyre fitted. The technician I spoke to on the phone advised me that although they had the tyre it couldn't be released from stock and that I had to book an appointment on line. One worrying remark "let's hope the tyre turns up. It doesn't always". I have an appointment at 10:00 today with a degree of trepidation.

I can report a most satisfactory visit to the Bexleyheath branch of national tyres on 15th April 2023. I dropped a rim of at 11am for a tyre, purchased on-line, to be fitted.
Before my appointment at 13.00, a staff member rang to say that it was all ready for collection.
