I was offered an appointment for tyre change at the Ashburnham road, Bedford tyre centre and on the day was told that the tyre was'nt there but nobody bothered to call me and the personnel there (Seb) was extremely unhelpful and dismissive and did not seem to care. This was after my fleet company Arval had confirmed everything. It was quite clear that they had a very poor work culture there which was evident from the body language of the people there and the manager was absent at work, too.

Called in this afternoon with a flat tyre from the family Fiat 500 Pop. We thought it had picked up a nail, or similar, but the team quickly established that a perished valve was a likely culprit. New valve added and tyre pumped up then tested in water bath for any other leaks, fortunately none found.
The team turned this problem around in less that 15 minutes and then elected not to levy any charge! Thank you guys, you have just gained a new customer, with your super service, a brilliant attitude and a cheery smile.You more than deserve our 5 star review!

Great experience. Booked online so a great price on two tyres. Arrived and the staff there were very friendly and helpful. Job done in good time too. Overall I was very impressed.

Came in today (17/06/23) for a brake bleed,
Unfortunately the 2 lads were let down by other workers not turning up for work and were well understaffed. They were rushing around trying to sort as many jobs as they could between 2 of them.

However they got the job done i a good time so not too long to wait around.

Booked online to have 4 tyres fitted and tracking at bedford national tyres. Couldn’t have the tracking done as they said the machine was broken a could take months to fix or replace….absolute pain going to another garage with 4 new tyres. The manager was very friendly but the work was shocking. 2 of my wheels were damaged which is very poor but not an issue as the wheels are being refurbished anyway. The valves were not replaced and the rear tyres weren’t balanced and old weights left on. All 4 wheel nut caps on my drivers front wheel are missing and getting the wheel nuts off was a nightmare as they had been gunned up not torqued. I now have to buy a full set of wheel nut caps to replace 4. But what has really done it for me is the fact that when removing my front wheels they have damaged my lovely Brembo calipers. An absolutely shocking service. The moral of this story is don’t go to national tyres to save money as it will end up costing you a fortune…….I filled in an online form but no one has got back to me and I’m not going back to the garage 1 star is to good….
