The online system works well
The online system works well, looked for my tyre size, given options, then chose my tyre. Booked the car in when I wanted, then paid for the tyres, very smooth operation no hassles, price was competitive as well.

Web site is a disaster
Ordered on line the Web site kept crashing and ended up with wrong tyres.
Could not get any answer from help line waited 30 minutes still no answer and gave up. The centre in Ayr was fantastic they could not have been more helpful thanks to them after waiting 45 minutes they got through and explaned the order problem

Shocking
Booked into Peebles St Ayr, no where to park outside, after eventually finding parking space, i was told my 10am appointment may be a little late as they were awaiting a delivery, this had been booked for 3 days prior, when they eventually arrived, the tyres were tossed out the back of the van and rolled into the centre, i went into the waiting room to wait but the floor was bad with litter (took photos) and was smelly so i waited outside, i was told 20 minutes later that my car was finished, i wasn't shown the 4 tyres on the car, or explained to me what had been done, it was ready so basically bugger off, and so i did, never to return again.

Made order eventually on line. I was sent a confirmation of the order to print out and take to garage. I clicked the menu looking for ‘Print instruction’ and the whole thing disappeared and so I have lost proof of order. How can it be resent please.

I made a wrong order and tried calling…
I made a wrong order and tried calling them all day even sent 2 emails still no reply so I will be reporting them to PayPal to get my money returned.
Because its done online the ayr office can't sort it but the Manchester main office needs a receptionist to answer the calls

Bit expensive
Guys were very helpful doing free brake check but prices could be doing with being reviewed. Quoted me £405 for rear brake pads and discs. Went to 3 other garages for quotes and they were over £240 cheaper

I bought tyres for a motorhome..
I bought tyres for a motorhome... this was marked clearly on the order.... you couldnt fit the vehicle in your depot... I had to cancel...
Your manager at Ayr was supposed to call me back... never heard a cheap.
Kwik fit managed to do the job...
