Great team here! It was lovely to see they all get on, having banter with each other - whilst still remaining professional and friendly. I personally think that makes the visit a nicer experience. Most importantly they did a great job with my new tyre, I even got an ice lolly whilst I waited, which was a really nice gesture on a boiling hot day.

It's freezing cold, there's snow on the ground and everyone has a puncture!
Wonderful service from National Accrington.
On a day when no one had the security nut for their wheels, everyone "just has to be somewhere else" and things could have got a bit unnecessary the lads a National kept it light and carried on.

I visited the Accrington branch today to have two tyres checked due to slow
deflation. The gents were fabulous, friendly and really helpful, diagnosing the issue and recommending possible solutions, going above and beyond expectation, as usual many thanks.

Went for two front tyres fitted that were ordered through tyrehopper, and to get two rear lights checked as they weren't working

The manager changed the two bulbs and they were still not working and advised me to go and see an auto electrician

I had an auto electrician come out to my car and within 5 minutes he told me that the wrong bulbs had been changed as the rear lights were blown!

So because of the manager's incompetence I had to pay £50 for the auto electrician's call out charge to change 2 bulbs

To make matters worse I woke up the next day to a completely flat tyre on the drivers side so had to put the spare on and go back to get it sorted

Because of this I lost a full days pay because I couldn't set off for work in time

When I took the tyre back the manager said that it was leaking from the valve and he repaired it without any apology for the inconvenience

I will say, that the manager didn't fit the tyre as it was another worker at national but that is no excuse as it should've been checked before putting the tyre on the car

I have been using Accrington National for over 15 years and I can say that I will not be going back again as the service is terrible and the incompetence of the staff and manager is shocking

Due to their mistakes it cost me £200 due to losing a days pay and having to pay an auto electrician to change two bulbs because they changed the wrong bloody bulbs

Would just like to add that getting through to the correct department on the telephone is absolutely useless

Called last week to be told that they would call back by Wednesday, it's now Thursday so decided to call myself and kept either getting cut off or put through to the wrong department

Was on phone for over an hour and have now been told that it has been raised to higher management and they will email or call back!

Let's see how long that will take

Called in to the Accrington branch of National Tyres and was impressed at the service from the road it looked closed but it wasn’t. A great crew worked on my vehicle replacing two tyres that urgently needed to be replaced (I aqua planed on the m6 with a loaded van ! New tyre time on the front! Tyres in stock and fitted in minutes and I was on my way brilliant .

Quickly becoming my first stop garage for my Saab 9.3 Aero convertible .
Nick was outstanding today helping to cure a disc pad issue with my car
He diligently diagnosed and hopefully cured a disc pad that had become misaligned - through manufacturing fault

Excellent service. Had a fully flat tyre and manged to limp car to National branch in Accrington. After only a short wait they inspected my tyre and found the tip of a stanley knife embedded in it. Fortunately the tyre was repairable and a short time later I was on my way again. Extremely pleasant and courteous staff,

I booked in my car to get it's wheel alignment done. When I turned up at my booking time there was a car on the lift in the middle of being serviced. I was given the choice of coming back later in the day which I couldn't, or getting a refund. So I've wasted my time, my fuel and now I have to wait 3-5 days to get my money back. If they had just taken 5 seconds to check their booking system this could have been avoided. I don't normally leave negative reviews but this isn't the first time National Tyres Accrington have done something like this. In the past I've bought tyres that magically vanished between them arriving at the garage and me turning up to get them fitted. Final straw. I won't be back and I advise you to avoid them too.
I was quoted £180 by the main dealer to get my alignment done. I'm tempted to pay that at this point. It might be worth it just to get a professional service.

I have been a customer for a number of years always found staff very helpful, booked my car for MOT 20th November had a few issue regarding my car had to pick it up 22nd November spoke to manager Kevin regarding issues Ksvin was very helpful had a lovely manner and sorted out issues I had, I feel with Kevin in charge with the staff who work there Halfords will go from strength to strength a very satisfied customer.

Easy to order and book appointment for fitting

I tried to call my local national tyre center which I have used for years last year alone I spent over £800 only to be transferred to a call centre the person that answered kept saying I can't understand you and what told I can't ring the centre direct
Well am very sorry Hallfords won't be using national tyres anymore its sad because over the years I have had a brilliant service off them

Relatively easy to order,pay plus discount & confirm .... appointment made .....thank you

Scratched both alloy wheels when fitting new tyres and didn't line up tyres to yellow dot which should be in line with valve
Definitely would not recommend

Ordered online given a date and time for fitting telephoned 30 minutes before arrival tyres fitted with excellent service

As always, a very quick and easy transaction, this is about the 4th time I've used payment assist and would thoroughly recommend it
