Radio silence for three months!
I submitted detailed feedback about an issue with my staffing request back in February, and still haven't heard a single word back — which honestly just left me hanging. You'd think a people company would actually, you know, get back to people, but apparently that's too much to ask. I've tried calling, emailing, the whole thing, and it's always the same wall of silence. They clearly don't care what customers think unless you're actively throwing money at them right that second. I'm not even asking for the world here, just a simple acknowledgement that they received my complaint would've been nice. Don't waste your time expecting any kind of follow-up from these guys.
