Fantastic Customer Service
I bought my son a mystery shirt for his birthday and unfortunately he really didn’t like the design. I wasn’t sure anything could be done, however Ollie said “no problem”, so we sent it back and two days later a replacement shirt (AC Milan third shirt) arrived which my son absolutely loved! I have used numerous other mystery shirt companies in the past but never again, I will always use Mystery Football Shirts in the future. Fantastic, responsive service from Ollie, can’t recommend the company highly enough. Cheers Ollie 👍

Fantastic shirt! My 10 year old was so happy with his mystery football shirt. He got a Barcelona FC shirt. I would definitely recommend and purchase another shirt from them.

Not able to return an exchange
Not able to return an exchange. First time I ordered it was too small, so returned it and exchanged for XL which came and was still too small same fit as the L previously brought. Now being told I cannot return it as it was an exchange. Wheres the logic here?

I ordered 3 shirts for Christmas…
I ordered 3 shirts for Christmas presents which were delivered promptly, the order was absolutely correct.
Having gifted them as presents 2 of them turned out to be too small. I contacted them and the issue was sorted out immediately, no quibbles just 'return the shirts and we will replace them for you' which dually happened.
One of the lads I had gifted to had a Netherlands home kit which he was very happy with so I had asked if it was possible to swap like for like. This was also done for me. I have used mystery shirts before and will continue to do so, the customer service was brilliant. Thanks Ollie, keep up the good work.
