This company is on the decline and should be avoided.
I've orders thousands of dollars' worth of product from this company, and I recently left my original position to work at another firm. I was excited to bring them along because of how great and dependable they used to be. However, within last year, they placed an expensive order for pens with incorrect information on them without my approval. They gave me a "discount" for 30%. I requested another account rep, and it took several days to get the most basic proof after totally ignoring my guidance. I finally got my proof, told them I approved it, and carried on. They said that they called me to request payment information, but I do not have record of this. About a month later, I reached out to my new rep and asked for an update on my shipment since we had an event around the corner. They said that since they did not receive payment, they never produced my order. I sent payment and requested that we get this order expedited and they agreed and promised that my order would not take longer than 2 weeks. 3 weeks later, I had to follow up again on the status of my shipment. I was told that my payment was not processed correctly and asked if I wanted to continue with the order. Obviously not anymore. I placed my initial order Jan 23, and it is now March 19. I used to have great customer service with this company but it is clearly on the decline. There is no communication between the client and the company. You can very easily turn to other company or do an image search for the product you need. After a 5 year relationship with this company, I doubt I will ever use them again.

Cela fait maintenant plusieurs mois que j’utilise MÏRON, à la fois en tant qu’acheteuse et vendeuse, et je suis bluffée par l’évolution de la plateforme ! Au début, le concept me plaisait déjà beaucoup : enfin un espace sécurisé et spécialisé pour acheter et revendre des parfums de seconde main. Mais avec les nouvelles fonctionnalités, c’est encore plus fluide et intuitif !
Les transactions sont simples, les descriptions des produits sont hyper claires, et j’ai toujours reçu des parfums authentiques, parfaitement conformes aux annonces. Côté vente, c’est super facile de déposer une annonce et de suivre ses commandes. L’équipe est réactive et assure un vrai suivi en cas de besoin.
Honnêtement, quand je vois certains avis négatifs, je ne comprends pas… Soit ils ont eu une expérience isolée, soit ils jugent sans avoir testé réellement. De mon côté, je recommande MÏRON à 100 %, et je continuerai à l’utiliser sans hésiter !
The worst service I've ever…
The worst service I've ever encountered. Ordering was difficult. I could not order online. When I called, the first person I talked to kept my on hold over an hour before I hung up. The second person was helpful, did her job well and set up my account and took my order. After that, the art I sent was hacked and not what I had sent. I had to make two separate requests that they just print the art exactly as I had sent it to them. Each of these requests took a full day. Then, when the pencils were finally ready and invoiced, I got a tracking number. The tracking number said label created for 4 days before I called to ask what was going on. The woman I spoke to said I should get it "today or tomorrow". I wait another three days. Still nothing. Finally, I call back again, get put on hold for 15 minutes because the guy I spoke to doesn't know how to transfer a call. Call back again, another 20 minute wait to speak to Garrison, a supervisor. He tells me it will take another 2 weeks before I can get my pens. The pens that were supposed to be graduation gifts for my students, which will be a week after the last day of classes. I ask for a refund, and he tells me that that is going to take 4-7 days! I waited over a month and never got anything. Never shop here. The company is a disorganized joke!

Well their pens are of a good quality, and price is ok. No complaints their. My issue with this company is that they try to double bill you after you pay. You don't get the second bill until a few months after you paid the first one. They then send you to a collection agency. Either they have a terrible accounting system, or this is calculated theft.
