Dreadful place to order meds from now they used to be quite efficient, never known such a disorganised bunch now, they firstly tell me off for using another account to order from, I tried to logon with my old account but won't let me on and password reset doesn't work anyway it's flipping cheek considering these people operate under different names chemist4u being one, you should also stick to one trading name, my order was approved then get an update later that day saying it had been dispatched, 2 days later nothing comes through the post when I logon its saying it's on hold I ordered this well before the bank holiday in the hope it would be delivered by the Friday but no it's been nearly a week and placed on hold, I checked this morning on my order status and now it says refunded...what is going on! how you can run a business like this I'll never know and it looks like I'm not the only who has had issues like like this judging by the reviews,

I ordered a continued treatment from them, never received the tracking information like the 4 previous ones, never received the parcel, contact them talk to Vicky “ quite rude with no intention to help at all” couple times, every time she comes with different information and she said they couldn’t do anything because in there records the medication was delivered even after I signed there declaration stating the medication wasn’t delivered. She said they won’t send the medication again and not going to refund either very frustrating

Very positive experience. Ordered Saturday 28/3/26 approved Sunday and delivered Tuesday 31/3/26. I called pharmacy on Monday as status online was not changing, super helpful customer service. Whole process from ordering to receiving product was super easy. I couldn’t recommend high enough.

Have to agree with previous reviews, dont waste your time, for a geslthcare company the service is a disaster. Staff not saying the same things, one minute dispatched, one minute approved, one minute not approved, no one knows what they are doing. As I say a shame as dealing with people's health but obviously money means more to this disaster of a company.
Bad no communication
Ordered 4th payment made, order still processing 11th only to email them to find out why for me to be told the product I wanted wasn't available. No one contacted me I found this out because I complained.

This is a scam .I ordered and paid for medicine in advance and sent them my prescription but they said they couldn't administer the meds and they didn't return my money. Most of the positive reviews on here are all fake trying to hide the real reviews written by people like me that they have scammed. Please don't use!
I had to wait weeks
I had to wait weeks , they messed up my order due to system failure I spent 30 mins on phone to sort it out , a week later I still had not recieved my drugs , I had to phone again and they couldn’t understand why my order was still on hold eventually I got offered a refund which I’m still waiting for

I am writing to warn others about my experience with this company, as I strongly suspect they are running a scam.
I placed an order for Mounjaro on August 22nd. Initially, I was told it would arrive within 3 to 4 working days. After this timeframe passed, they changed the delivery estimate to 7 to 10 working days. As of today, I still have not received my order.
What is even more concerning is the complete lack of communication. I have tried contacting them multiple times via phone and email, but have received absolutely no response.
This lack of transparency, combined with the non-delivery of my order, leads me to believe this company is not legitimate. They appear to have no customer service and are taking money without providing the product.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Save yourself the frustration and potential financial loss.

I placed an order for eye drops via the MyPharmacy website and successfully completed payment using a discount code, but I later received a message saying the item was out of stock - and my money was refunded.
While I appreciate the refund and the polite explanation, it's frustrating that the item appeared to be in stock on the website when it actually wasn't. This caused an unnecessary delay and inconvenience, especially as I needed the product urgently. It would be more professional to ensure stock information is accurate in real time to avoid disappointing customers.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won't be ordering from this site again.

Disappointed in the slow service and lack of response.
I placed an order on the 29th June, the money has been taken from account, I received an email requesting ID verification which I sent on the 29th also. I haven’t received anything back since and my order is on hold. Not sure how long it usually takes for the ID verification but I feel like a week is too long, I’ve emailed them for an update today but still no response. It’s not the fast service that I was expecting.

To whom it may concern
I have a serious complaint which I would like to address to you regarding a business which I believe are providing not only a poor but potentially dangerous service.
On 2nd January 2025 I placed an order to My Pharmacy for 50mg of Numark which is an over the counter sleep aid. I paid £5.49 for the product and a further £7.99 for next day delivery totalling £13.48. I was disappointed that the following day my product did not arrive but I remained patient, it was the day after that I received an email to confirm my medication had been delivered. I was confused because I had no parcels arrive so I gave it until the end of the day.
Upon my purchase I was asked to send in a photo of my driving licence as proof of who and where my medication was being delivered to, and I had to complete a questionnaire which tells me that they were attempting to be vigilant on making sure that medication is reaching the correct people, and that it is safe for them to take. When my purchase did not arrive, I had to go to a pharmacy and re purchase this medication where I was questioned about my health and warned of use before they allowed me to purchase it, so it is clearly not given to just anyone as it is locked away behind a glass cabinet. I later looked at the confirmation photo proof of delivery and was shown an image of a house with a completely different door number on the front to mine, and was not even any part of the building which I live in.
I emailed the company 0n the 4th January and was finally responded to on 7th Jan when I re emailed them pointing out how unprofessional they were acting. They asked me to confirm my address to which I did and I was ignored again until today when I emailed them asking for my refund. It was then that they pointed out to me that my post code had been entered incorrectly by the 2 last letters, but the rest of the address was correct, although this may have been the case, my full address was still present, and they had also received my driving license with my full address on, so my concern is that this company is not cross checking vital information with the proof which they ask customers to send in, so medication is just getting sent anywhere, not to mention that it was delivered to a different house number all together. Their argument was it was delivered to a neighbour but the image clearly show the parcel sat on a door step, so my response back to them was if they delivered this medication to a neighbour then it would have been taken in, but it wasn’t it was on a door step, so why not leave it on the door step of the correct house number if nobody was home because nobody was clearly home at the neighbours either. It was also stated that this parcel had been signed by myself at an address which I don’t know where it was sent to.
It greatly concerns me that this company is not cross checking addresses, and they are not handling deliveries with care, I also got this impression from other customers whilst reading their reviews and this needs to be taken seriously. Medication is no joke and should not just be left on someone’s doorstep, especially when it’s the wrong doorstep.

Update to respond to the outright lie about not asking to address correspondence. On 2/1/2025 at 01:10am I sent you a photo on my driving licence as requested BY YOU!
Just be wary people about ordering from these cowboys, you won’t know what’s in your meds.
