Came today nothing special after 3 weeks wait

I am still waiting for my order which I made before Christmas. It has been delayed 4 times so far. I have sent an email to them and posted on their Instagram but still no response and no sign of getting my order.

Zamówiłem pełne etui do chrony telefonu,czyli chroniony tył i przód telefonu.Etui składało się z 2 części,a dostałem tylko jedną część chroniącą tył telefonu.Od ponat tygodnia wymieniam się e-mail z obsługą klijenta,składam zażalenie dosyłam zdjęcia na których widać ,że dostałem tylko dolną część etui,ale biuro obsługi ciągle nie widzi problemu i żąda dalszych wyjaśnień.Wysłałem już 4 wiadomości i teraz czekam na odpowiedź.Nie wiem jak to się skończy,szczególnie ,że zapłaciłem kartą i jestem skazany na ich dobrą wole.To od nich zależy czy doślą brakującą część etui czy zwrócą pieniądze.

Good quality product. Delivered on time

Ordered a case online and expected it to be delivered by the 23rd December. I twice had an email saying it has been delayed but not to worry. Eventually it was 'shipped' on the 19th December.

However, the tracking details have not moved and it is stuck in the Netherlands. Every support request I send I get a reply saying 'We would like to kindly ask you to wait one more working day for your delivery'. There is no email, there is no phone number. I would stay away from this company as if something goes wrong, you will get nothing.

Not sure what went wrong with all these other reviews but my experience was excellent yes the company is abroad but my case turned up in less than a week , really good quality, good communication from the company I would use them again no problem 😃

The co.uk postcode makes you think they are a UK company but the goods are produced in Holland and take ages to arrive.

The case is beautiful, and the print is crisp, but delivery took longer than expected. Worth the wait, though.

Got exactly what I ordered, hadn’t realised it wasn’t a UK company but I’ve had no issues. Postage took a little while but I wasn’t in a hurry for Christmas. Happy with the quality too.

Dreadful experience. I placed an order but received two e-mails saying it hadn’t gone through. I checked on their ‘my account’ section of the website and it showed the order as cancelled. The e-mail said I should re-order but I couldn’t find any way of doing that other than to start again from scratch. I was so annoyed and frustrated that I ordered from another company. I then received another e-mail a couple of hours later saying my order had been shipped. I was unable to get past bots to query why my ‘cancelled’ order was now on its way, other than the same stock answer that an order couldn’t be stopped once it had been processed. There is no phone number, e-mail or possibility of speaking to a human.

I have already used the contact form and the same reply is generated no matter what I write:-

“ Thank you for your message.

I tried my best to cancel your order with number 91714462. Unfortunately your order is already ready to be shipped. Therefore it is no longer possible to cancel your order.”

This is why I am so frustrated!

Made an order, on the day of dispatch it was cancelled by the company and they said they had lost my images for a phone case. They sent me a code to make the order again which I did and then within a couple of hours I received the same email again and I needed to submit my images again and place another order. Awful customer service, cannot speak to anyone and in the end they refunded me, after sending countless online forms, facebook messages and emailing. So am still without what I ordered in the first place! Really disappointed.

If you are in the UK do not order from these cowboys. My case took over two weeks to arrive. Turns out they are NOT in the UK but based in Holland. They will send your package by snail. Poor customer service and a cheap product that is way over priced. Avoid!!!

I wish I'd read these reviews first. I too thought this was a UK company. I have a new phone and paid £12.40 ish for express delivery for my new phone. I didn't want to wait over a week.
I woke yesterday saying my parcel would arrive 0820 to 1220. By 1300 this had changed to 1800. Then end of day. This morning I wake up to a question mark in an orange circle.
Tracking it, it seems to have arrived in Derby UK and several hours later it left Shipol, NL. I'll see what today brings. I'm only at this address for a couple of days. It looks like I'll have to go and buy one.

Item has been delayed twice since ordering. No contact email, chat or phone number and contact form is very limited.

I somehow got an email to say 'shipped' but the next day one to say 'being produced.' It supposedly dispatched 8 days ago now, but no sign of it and it's totally impossible to get someone to speak to about this to get help or action a refund.

Scamming company I’ve already written a review before because they didn’t get me my package then they replied said let us help and they said they would re deliver it for an extra £3 and never sent it scamming company do not buy from these people wasted my time and money.

Item was delivered and not as advertised. The product was also deformed, where one corner did not wrap around the phone correctly. Submitted all relevant forms, but non responsive. There is no option for reviewing the product on their website so the issues remain hidden

SCAM!!!!! They have taken my money twice despite saying the first order was cancelled, they are refusing to give me my money back. If they see this message I am very angry!
