Esther came to help us with end of life care for our dear friend who had no family. She treated her with the greatest respect and saw to her every need with compassion , gentleness and love. She recognised how important it was when to assist a little more with a drink or offer of food and when to be there just to ‘be there’ Esher went above and beyond - checking that others did their role properly even when she didnt need to. She really cared . Despite some trying times dealing with the situation we trusted her with our dear friend and she was with her at the end. We could not have asked for more. From a complete stranger to a most welcome and appreciated dear Samaritan in just 9 days . Thank you from the bottom of our hearts .

Hometouch is reliable, takes care of her carers and always keeps in touch.

We’ve been having live in carers for the last 4-5 years and have had some wonderful people.
The co-ordination from Courtney is excellent and the carers like her too, so that makes things a lot easier.
Both my parents were able to stay at home until they died, which was their greatest end of life wist, and now my stepdad is having the same home support that they had, with some of the same carers .
The fact that 4 Hometouch carers were at my dad’s funeral speaks volumes. They have become like friends.

My 88 year old mother with dementia and no mobility so needs a hoist, has been consistently well cared for by Hometouch live-in carers for at least 4 years now. My mother is content and happy being able to stay at home and being well cared for all of her needs. The family are very happy with the excellent quality of care provided by the lovely carers and the service the whole team at Hometouch provide. Communication is very good and the team are attuned to our mother’s specific needs. The family are an active participant in the process of care and we can rest assured that our mothers’s needs are central. They have dealt with any concerns (which are very few) efficiently and professionally. I highly recommend Hometouch.

I cannot commend Hometouch agency enough. Customer service is top notch-respectful, available but unintrusive. They dealt with any query rapidly & effectively from the initial inquiry through to completion of provision. They were all so accommodating with our changing circumstances during such a stressful time.
My dad has been completely devastated by his stroke and very difficult to manage since. His wish was to be at home. Hometouch made this happen and paired us up with Mario (Marian). He has been an absolute Prince among men and there is categorically no way we would have been able to achieve this without him. Dad’s behaviour has been extremely challenging at times and his needs very difficult to meet, yet Mario has managed every single one with humility, respect, humour, strength and kindness. He has made delicious food, kept the place as tidy as possible and been patient and respectful of dad even when his behaviour became extremely difficult to manage.
They are all hands down No. 1 in my eyes and I will be forever grateful they enabled me to make more positive memories with my dad 🙏❤️

My elderly father has dementia, we have been using Hometouch for over two years. Dad has regular carers that live with him and know he’s needs and routine. This is a great relief for the family as dad is not ready yet for a care home. Being in his own environment helps and having carers we can trust means we as a family can relax knowing he is happy.
Tracey Chapman our clinical case manager is always there for any advice we may need and has regular visits to dad.

Hometouch has provided a live-in carer for my mother for more than 2 years now, enabling her to remain in her home of the last 50 years when the alternative would be a care home, thus enhancing the limited quality of her life. I like being able to speak to carers before they are employed, to discuss my mother's particular needs and get a feel for whether she will like them, and have been very pleased with all of the carers supplied to date, indeed several have become like family. Our clinical manager Tracey and our accounts manager Steven are both very helpful and react quickly to any requests from us. Overall, in difficult circumstances, Homecare has helped with every aspect of my mother's care, and I am very grateful to have found them.

Unwavering Support:
When you are recruited and assigned to a client's home it can be a bit overwhelming, you question how you are going to be received and nothing is as reassuring as having the recruitment personnel team (Laura Gray) follow up regularly to check on how you are settling in.. The clinical team ( assigned to each client and carer) has not only followed up on the client work but have made it their duty to look after you as a carer, regular visits/supervision have been in place where you discuss your work and the challenges you might be facing (confidentiality key)for both client and carer. I have recently worked with Tracey Chapman (Clinical Manager) whose tirelessly dedication and support to client and I has been priceless, Hometouch is simply a phone call away :)

Guardian Carers was sold/taken over by Hometouch at the end of June and the since then, the service has been appalling. They pressured us into paying a huge agency fee a few days before the changeover, then once we paid and the company was handed over they abandoned us, have avoided contact since, not responded to emails and ignored messages for call back.
After Guardian/Hometouch let us down and we had to shop around, I now know there are many other agencies whose fees are much lower and service standards much higher, so I would recommend avoiding Hometouch and regret Guardian were able to hook us in before their company buyout.
Recently onboarded with Hometouch care and the process was straightforward with helpful and friendly assistance by the recruitment consultant, work opportunities are starting to come through, a very well organised recruitment procedure

Hometouch provided a live carers for the last 18 months of my aunt's life. She died 4 days short of her 101st birthday and I would honestly say that the contribution of the Hometouch carers was a significant input to the happiness of the later days of her life. She trusted her carer and I trusted them to keep me in the loop. In the last days this communication was crucial and allowed me to be there at the end. They were professional, caring and engaged and I'm grateful and glad that we made the decision to go with Hometouch.

We are immensely grateful for the incredible support Nigel provided. He was a true miracle worker, going far beyond standard care for my mother-in-law with dementia. From cooking fantastic meals (very much appreciated!!!) to managing appointments, dog walking, and even assisting with a house move, Nigel's help was outstanding. His positive and proactive approach made a significant difference during a very challenging time for our family. We have nothing but praise for him - he offered far more than just care; he provided complete peace of mind. Many thanks also to our hometouch contact Courtney, who was super helpful, friendly and really flexible with helping us with the whole process. We are so grateful for all you have done for us!
