Running a small B&B we have tried various branded vacuums over the years, but you just can't beat a Henry. We've now added a little brother to our existing senior, who is still going strong. Henry will be our go to now, and in the future.

Rejuvenating My Old Henry, My Carpets and Even Myself a Bit
I've had my Henry for around 30 years now, and while he's still going strong, the floor tool was showing its age (much like myself). I ordered a replacement from MyHenry and was impressed firstly by the price - very reasonable for a genuine Numatic accessory, then by the fact it was delivered within 24 hours of ordering. I hadn't binned the old floor tool since it seems to be the way of the world these days that companies 'improve' their products by manufacturing them more cheaply, so I was prepared to be underwhelmed. Not so! I can't believe how much less strenuous vacuuming is with the new part. It's so light and manoeuvrable, I feel as though I'm cheating when I use it, but then I see how much hair and fluff it's picked up, and even granules of carpet freshener that the old floor tool had missed. MyHenry has far exceeded my expectations, on all counts. Thank you so much! It's heartening to see a long-established company working hard to preserve its reputation.

I found the Henry product poorly made
It was not easy to ensure the top was correctly fitted to the bottom so the suction was poor
I was about to send the product back but persevered and now all is well.
despite it popularity and high product sale there is clearly a design fault with the fitting of the bag, so that impressed to be honest

Great hover, Quality feel
Great hover, much much better than my old dyson which broke.
Feels great quality and some good, simple ideas that work. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

…suction too strong
Only given 4 stars because the suction is too strong and I couldn't push it on my carpets, after some research it says to use on the hard floor setting!
Fantastic hoover but would help if this advice was on the instructions!

Great vacuum
Great vacuum, used for getting bare floorboards and skirting really clean for new carpet going down. Well worth the money. Highly recommend.

Delivery was fast and efficient. Both the hoover and the cordless vacuum clean carpets and hard floors very well, and I’m really happy with the overall performance. I’m giving 4 stars because I found the cordless a bit heavy to use for longer periods. However, it works perfectly fine for my husband.
