very pleased with our purchase, i would just like you to have more photos and sizes of your furniture as when you are buying large items you want to know its right before you pay big dolllars for freight

Whilst i received my order sooner than I expected the packaging was not in good shape . The product however fair much better but for a few marks and scratches that will be hidden once assembled. Might i suggest that a bit thicker cardboard packaging be used on orders that have to travel any great distance

Delivery was 2weeks,I’ve never waited that long with u guys...I purchased a lot of stuff before this tym n it all came within 3days...

The furniture itself is nice. Easy to put together. The customer service was also good. I called and they always answered and gave me updates.

The negative is that the furitures takes a long time to arrive. It takes a week or so to even arrive at The furniture store. Then it takes ages for it to be shipped. I only believe that I got the furniture in about a month because I read other reviews and kept calling for updates.

If time is not a problem then order away. The furniture is decent and priced alright .

I placed an order online for a bed frame to the value of $1500.
I received an email for my receipt but no communication about when my bed will be delivered.
When I called them they said 2 weeks.
2 weeks later I called back and they told me the bed frame I have already ordered is no longer available but the exact same bed design is available but with an additional gas lift feature to the value of an additional $500.
When I told them I want a refund all communication stopped.

Seconds after posting this review the general manager contacted me with an apology and issued me my refund in full. I am grateful for this and I hope communication within the company improves.

I purchased a TV Unit. The unit was made with great pride. The workmanship was superb. The company was great to deal with they excel in pride for their company. I will be back .Thank you My-furniture store.

I have purchased an entertainment unit online from myfurniturestore.com.au on 03/11/2019 after confirming that the item in stock. After order was completed, upon further enquiry on November 12, I was told that the item was not in stock and has to come from from overseas with and ETA of 10-12 weeks, but verbally confirmed me that they will deliver that before Christmas. When I called them before Christmas(not responding to emails), I was told by staff that there is a shipment delay and I can either choose items in store or wait for the shipment to come which will be with in 2nd week of January. I chose to wait, but on Jan 24 2020, they said they have issues with supplier and deliver will take several months. I have requested refund, but till now no steps has been taken from their part to process the refund and not responding to emails. Upon calling them in January, they told me that I have to wait for their boss to come back from his holidays( which is not my issue). Worst customer service and lying to customers, the worst experience ever. Keep away from these frauds.

Bought two couches a love seat and an ottoman from them. NEVER GOT THE OTTOMAN! (21/2 YEARS AND STILL WAITING) On one of the many phone calls to the store trying to find my ottoman I called to see if they could come and repair my couch cushion that was tearing, still waiting for the repair. So 21/2 years later one couch and the love seats frames are completely broken and the cushions have torn away from the couch. WORST SERVICE, CRAPPIEST, CHEAPEST FURNITURE, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. A BUNCH OF LIARS! I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM NO STARS BUT THAT WAS NOT AN OPTION

We ordered a bedroom suite including wardrobes to be built in solid timber. Paid the $5000 price and when the order arrived it was made in cheap chip board and MDF. The quality of the workmanship was the worst I have ever seen. Received part refund but had to go to Fair Trading and NCAT to get my deposit of $2000 back. The owner of this store is not to be trusted as he will blame everyone else for his cheap ripoffs.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced, they lie about delivery time frames several times and take forever to deliver! and the furniture is cheap pine that looks nice but no quality what so ever! They find a way of getting out of warranties even if it’s insulting! For faulty items! Avoid this place like the plague. I wish I seen the reviews before I purchased.

I bough mattress and base,paid a lot of money for "on line store product",mattress and base delivered,since then never ending problem,base replace twice, mattress replaced twice,now they want to push me to get a replacement mattress which is even not what I bought,bought while , they want to give me grey, and Craig the owner terrible attitude, arrogant, talking court than fixing issue with his supplier.
Go to proper established store and buy there, MFS most of their stuff coming from China and you pay top dollar for low quality.
