The staff at My Furniture Store are very professional and insightful on their products, and not pushy at all. Our sales person Adam was lovely and very accommodating to our purchase needs. And the furniture prices very reasonable, and we liked that they used and supported local furniture provider.

Really bad experience. I ordered a cabinet online 7/12/20 which said in stock, 3 days later I got a phone call saying that the cabinet had to be made. I thought about it overnight and thought I didn’t want to wait that long. I called my furniture store the next day to try and cancel the order and to speak to Lendell who had placed the order, Lendell would not come to the phone. So I sent Lendell an email saying that I didn’t want to wait 3 months and I was sure I could get the cabinet elsewhere And I would like a refund of my money. After 2 days I received an email from Lendell saying that the cabinet had been ordered and there was a no cancellation policy. I told her that the no cancellation policy would have been between her and her furniture maker but it was definitely not between her and me as there was nothing on the website stating this. After a week I received an email from Lendell saying she would try and cancel the order and I have heard nothing since.

I was satisfied with the service provided with the store manager Adam and the price. I would recommend My Furniture Store.

Product information provided by Craig was very useful. The prompt follow up in regards to determination of the right tone of colour for our product was also very helpful.

Excellent product and customer service with great price. Highly recommended.

Good quality, nice design

Adam was extremely helpful in assist with a special order. We are return customers after having a similar experience with custom book shelves a few years ago.

The product is extremely late....such that it has been 2 months and nothing has been done.

Website was easy to navigate. Instructions given in the site were follows by personal phone communication - essential when one doesn’t live in urban areas. The assistance given was more than helpful - it was considerate and knowledgeable.

Very happy with the product, value and communication from the company. Salesperson took the time to send me a photo of the exact bed and delivery team called to update on delivery time. Product is extremely well made - though it took a while to put together, lots of screws! Most importantly my son is pleased with the inbuilt light and hidden shelf.

I purchased a bookcase which arrived damaged. I returned it, waited almost two months before demanding a refund and warning of NSW Fair Trading involvement before I got a response. Refused a refund and I agreed to another bookcase being sent but received the same bookcase repaired with putty, easily visible. Have asked if they will take the bookcase back or at least give a partial refund, giving I paid almost $500 including freight for a substandard product. No response so far...

Edit: I have just seen the response from the furniture store below. This is obviously an automated response, as I have been emailing the service department at that address this whole time and they still haven’t replied to my last email asking for a return or partial refund! I suspect I will never hear from them again unless I take further action via the Civil and Administrative Tribunal. Don’t deal with this business, if something goes wrong with your order they clearly put their own financial interests above customer service.

I was told it was to be delivered on the 14th December I was then told I would have to wait another week. I order and paid for this order 28th November.
