The latest purchase (the Bone Captain Folder Plain Blade Rigging Knife (AF300) is for my wife—a woman who declared that she does not like pocket knives (after I had bought her a dozen or so over many years). OK.

So imagine my surprise when after using my Bone Crew Folder Pro Blade Rigging Knife to do something, she held on to it rather than returning it to me. After ten minutes or so, turning it over in her hand, and looking at it closely, she asked if I could get her one...

This is my third Myerchin rigging knife; I bought one for a close mate, too—he borrowed mine many times a day while we were refitting a big timber boat. He deserved one of his own.

Finally I can attest that the serrated blade verson cuts nylon and poly rope with ease. Edge retention is excellent. And in the six months of hard use in the time I have owned it, none of the Torx screws have loosened and it still looks brand new. I believe that these knives will last a generation. Five stars from me.

Myerchin UK proved to be an excellent company to deal with. Janine in the office answered my questions immediately and despatched the wooden handled knife promptly. The postage to Norway was a reasonable price and the parcel arrived before the ETA. The knife is exactly as described and made of high quality materials. It is unlikely that I shall need a new knife as this is so well made, however, I can highly recommend Myerchin fixed blade knives.

Found a really nice knife on this website after being let down by another company for a gift to arrive in time for a friends birthday.

I was extremely delighted that things actually worked out this way, as the knife was way better quality and more beautifully presented than I could have imagined. I'd highly recommend the knife purchased to all sailors and gift givers.

The quality of the knife was only beaten by the excellent customer service. I put a note on my order and received a phone call about expediting my order and the options available to do so - absolutely brilliant.

I treated myself to the G10 Captain non serated version. Comes in a nice gift box if you're buying as present. It's sharp straight out the box and the spike is mirror polished. I'm sure it will give many years of service and will outlast its owner.

Found what I was looking for and quick delivery 5*****.

All good. They are pros

Very helpful when I needed to change delivery address at the last minute! Thank you

Relatively straight forward post Brexit handeling unlike other British companies

All very simple and straightforward which is all one asks for in any transaction. It promotes faith in the company one is buying from and Myerchin UK seem to me wholly reliable.

I got the WF300. Only giving 4/5 star because the marlin spike swing slightly when in closed position. Anyway, once it is open it gets completely tightened and will not give you any problems when you use it.
About the pen: the light located at the tip is brillant !
