Think twice before shopping at this store.

We ordered a Prada bag from this store, and from the moment of shipment to unboxing, we encountered several serious issues.

First of all, the bag did not come in its original Prada box. It was only packed in a shipping box. When I went to pick it up at the designated pickup point, the box had already been opened. Because the order was addressed directly to the pickup location, they opened it to check what was inside. After that, the package was returned and then went missing for two full days.

During those two days, I contacted the carrier’s customer service multiple times to ask for updates, but I kept getting vague answers. It wasn’t until I got upset and mentioned the high value of the order that the package was suddenly found within 24 hours. I was then asked if I still wanted to receive the item, to which I said yes. I recorded the entire process of receiving and unboxing the order for my own proof.

As mentioned before, the shipping box had clearly been opened. The bag only came in a dust bag no Prada box, no paperwork, nothing else.

Upon inspecting the bag, I noticed a few spots around the logo. I immediately contacted the store’s customer service to report that the order had arrived opened, without the original box, and with visible flaws on the item. They told me to send them photos and all relevant information via email, which I did.

However, I didn’t receive a timely response. In fact, I had to call them several times just to get any update. Eventually, they told me that they could not see the spots I mentioned in the pictures and offered me a full refund if I returned the bag.

I was not satisfied with this outcome. I had already done research and contacted several retailers and Prada boutiques the bag was sold out everywhere in my country and even across Europe. So returning it was not a good option for me.

I asked the store to find an alternative solution, but they flat-out refused and kept pushing me to just return it. I didn’t give up I reached out for legal advice and also contacted Prada directly to share my complaint and situation.

Prada responded to my email and advised me to return the item to the store of purchase for further handling. I forwarded Prada’s email to the store. Only then did they start taking my complaint seriously. They told me I could send the bag back so they could forward it to Italy for evaluation.

Even though I agreed, I’m still skeptical because of the way I was treated from the start they showed no willingness to resolve the issue and didn’t take my concerns seriously until I involved Prada and external support.

I will include photos of the spots around the logo and a screenshot of the email I received from Prada.
With everything I’ve experienced, I hope you understand why I strongly advise caution when considering a purchase from this store.

The price listed on the website said (tax included)
But when I received my package
I still have to pay around 77euro tax!
Also I ordered a size L hoodie
And they send me a S
I have to give it away to my friends
Cos the returning process is incredibly complicated
And I don’t want to waste the tax money I paid
