Parts missing from original order and took over 2 weeks to resolve, bent mudguard and cap missing on the seat, basket ordered from the outset was ignored again kept having to chase constantly for resolution,
Many false promises by email saying order had been dispatched, total fabrication and kept having to chase,
Disappointed by customer services.

I have recently had two class ladies bikes delivered the quality of these bikes is second to none, one of these was sent back with no problems ordered by mistake I am very pleased with the bike would definitely recommend the bike and the company to buy from the only problem I had was with tracking it didn't work for me otherwise go buy one of these bikes you won't be sorry.

Wonderful experience ! No instructions for assembly , so emailed . They responded with all the instructions for both the classic and commander! My husband has assembled his commander and i did mine!Just charging the batteries now . So we’ve not ridden them yet.Very well made and very helpful staff.

What an amazing bike. I am so impressed with the design, comfort and performance. Overall really pleased. Excellent value for money.

We ordered a cargo bike rather than replace our 2nd car. We have 3 children and 2 can fit on the bike at once (our eldest is old enough to pedal her own bike.)

We love it. You just have to get used to the comments and awe as you whizz past people with a bikeload of children.

When we bought the bike we were dubious about how useful it would actually be and whether we could use it instead of a car. You definitely can for local journeys. And it's excellent knowing it's so much cheaper and greener to run than a car.

Pedalling is an absolute pleasure and a breeze even up hills. You do have to get used to the weight and handling of the bike especially when it's fully loaded but, like anything, this comes with practice.

It was easily assembled and arrived very quickly. Very impressed all around.

My bicycle was delivered very promptly, in fact before I expected it. I am very delighted with this compact ebike. It states suitable from 5ft in height but I am 4ft 10 and is great for me. It's looks great, not like a child's bike which I expected. It took my husband very little time to set it up for me. I live in a very hilly area and was worried it wouldn't cope but it does !

Received the bike on Friday afternoon, sadly the saddle was split in transit and bit of paint scuffed where keys had been hanging. Tested bike over the weekend and love it. I need the electric for hills and this was fabulous.
Got the blue colour which is gorgeous. Partner set bike up with no issues.
Customer servive got back to me on Monday with a refund for paint damage and a new saddle.
Look forward to my adventures on my new Mycle Classic.

From the beginning my experience with the staff at Mycle has been a 101%, I purchased a Mycle classic, which arrived within 5 days. There was a minor problem, no tool Kitt and damaged lamp. I rang customer service and spoke to a very delightful young man called Henry. He couldn't have been more helpful and sent a parcel of replacements the same day. There was a problem with the royal mail, didn't deliver so Henry sent them again with DPD, next day delivery. As for the E bike, it's everything I expected, and more. Its smooth to ride and very nice looking, I love it.

Compact Plus arrived in a week. Very impressed with the packaging and quality of the cycle and its components. Only issue was a complete lack of documentation / instructions - however an email quickly resulted in being sent links to on-line documents. Riding the bicycle with Power Assit, when required, is extremely intuitive. I am conscious that my reason for a folding bike was simply for storage and ease of transport when camping and not for use on a dail commute where it is not the smallest of folding units. However we are so impressed that we are about to order another for my partner - unfortunately the price has risen in the week since i ordered mine, which is a bit of a setback.

Great bike (Classic), really happy with it, however if I had one slight niggle it would be contacting the team, had a few issues with cycle to work cert, and as such had to talk to Mycle, phone=went to answer phone, email=2 day wait for reply, messenger=around a day
After a lot of research into £1000 ebikes I believed, and can now confirm that Mycle are the best on the market, but you need to sort out your customer service response times

Avoid this company like the plague. We returned our classic step-through ebike for repairs after 3weeks (the seatpost slips right down to the ground while cycling! Very dangerous and the back wheel lock wouldnt open!). They returned the bike with serious damage to the metal frame, no basket, no keys for the lock and no charger!! And worse of all, they deny ever recieving any of these things from us. The company is a disgrace. My best advice is to stay away from them and buy from more professional, well established companies.

Fantastic British made product and excellent customer service. Only had for 24 hrs but liking what we are seeing so far.

My bike came and seemed fine then after one use the charger didn’t work and there was no tool to adjust the seat. I bought the bike for a holiday in Ireland and was left for 3 weeks with no charge. I was then told the new charger would come 4 days after I returned. A week later I still had no charger. Eventually it and the tool came with a spare battery by way of an apology. Not the best the customer service either as the call centre is never manned.

Fab bike exactly what we wanted. Goes super fast on and off road. Looks trendy whilst also being a smart fold up so we can pop in the car and go

So what's wrong?

Lack of a rear light is unacceptable.
The display is shown in km. which is pretty useless in this country. Several calls to Mycle went unanswered. Eventually they responded to an email with a complicated list of instructions (which worked).
The User Manual is far too basic to be of much use.
For example, I simply could not work the seat post lock although in the end a drop of oil did help!
I still charge the battery in situ. Removing it is just too much bother.
I have only been out on the bike once but found assistance 1, 2 and 3 almost imperceptible. 4 and 5 seem to be OK.
The micro-shift mechanism is amazing.
The handlebar is a completely straight tube and it forced my hands outwards into quite an uncomfortable position. So I replaced it with a bar where the ends are slightly curved towards me and my hands now fall 'naturally' onto the handrests. Complete comfort. It was worth the trouble.
