thought it was a bit of a longshot but I emailed them asking about the size of spoke the compact plus bike, as mine needed to be replaced and I could have measured it myself. However, Deanna emailed me back with not only the exact measurements of the spokes on each wheel and the side of the wheel but how to put it on properly and tighten it so that the bike wheel is trued. something I didn't know I had to do

Would have been good to have a video on the website explaining in details how to assemble the product for the first time

Quick turnaround of order, kept me up to date with delivery. More importantly - the bike is great. No problems and i am very happy with my purchase.

Bike arrived earlier than promised. Instructions were clear and concise - up and running in no time. Great e-bike - fits my needs perfectly and receiving lots of compliments for how cool it looks.

I got my cargo and as I wasn’t fully sure how to attach the front wheel. I got in touch with customer service, not only were they extremely helpful and friendly but they put me in touch with their technician Brendon who helped me out and made the whole experience so much easier. Thanks Mycle!!!

Lovely little folding electric bike. The bike came boxed and with very little to do to get it ready to ride. I gave four stars rather than five because of two little niggles. The front brake disc was catching, which required a trip to the local bike shop to get it adjusted. Not a big deal. Also, a locking band was supplied to keep the battery secure, but a non-locking one was fitted. So I had to undo the fitted one and replace it with the locking one. I didn't understand why the locking band wasn't fitted in the first place. Otherwise, all good and I'm very happy with the bike's looks and performance.

I bought a Mycle Cargo after much deliberation & research. Primarily for carrying me, my daughter & any gear/shopping we might need.
I can say with complete confidence, this has been a terrific purchase. We love it, it's hard working, powers up any hills with any load so far, comfortable, great low riding position so feels really solid & stable.
If you're thinking about buying one, don't hesitate, you won't regret it.

Good before purchase advice. Quick delivery once ordered. A great bike that will do the job. Fun to ride. Had a small issue but resolved by Mycle.

Excellent bike made my trip to work easier would definitely recommend this bike lasts about four day on one charge I do 4 mile a day.

I used the cyclescheme to purchase a folding electric bike.
I found the company easy to deal with and communication was good
I love my bike, it is well made and easy to charge.

I purchased a Escooter last christmas for my son,only 10 month on the throttle broke,took to local repair shop and mycle would not supply parts to fit.
I then contacted mycyle direct who were not interested in arranging repair or sending parts for 3rd party to repair saying it was out of warranty even though only 10 month old scooter costing £250,U was advised by them it was not repairable and now obsolete and could not either refund or part refund me.
Shocking service and now wont even answer my emails.
I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN

The bike is a work of art. It looks wonderful and rides pretty well but I do have one or two reservations. When in power assist mode it’s tricky to get any torque from the pedals, they just go round without any traction especially in the highest power assist mode. This can make the ride feel a little uncomfortable but perhaps I just need to get used to the difference.

The instructions are all online but they don’t cover everything. This was fine for me, I could figure it out but it would feel more reassuring to have more detailed instructions on putting everything together.

This is a heavy bike! But it feels safe and it has changed my life. I have chronic fatigue syndrome and riding round Bristol on my old pedal bike has become impossible. I now take my daughter with me and we feel pretty awesome!

Honestly, it’s such a shame to have to write this as my Classic bike is great. However the customer service is abysmal!

Bike arrived with the braking system not configured correctly so brakes were poor form day one. As time has gone on (bike owned since April), the brakes deteriorated further to a point of being unsafe as they didn’t actually stop the bike.

I took it to a local bike shop who fixed the issue. They confirmed that the brake cables had not been tensioned properly from build. This cost me £25 that I shouldn’t have had to pay. Thankfully no accidents.

I wrote to Mycle and the Customer support were not interested and just tried to bat me off with poor excuses. I have to be honest I was expecting them to refund the £25 as the fault is clearly theirs.

Not to be batted off I wrote again to say I wasn’t happy with the response. Mycle have now decided to just ignore my emails.

I am looking to also buy a folding Ebike in the next couple of months and have decided to go to Estarli for it because of the poor customer ethos and the poor initial direction to put the bike together.

From the outset, Mycle has been professional and timely, responsive to communication and helpful when needed.
Thoroughly impressed so far and would recommend.

I have held off writing a negative review, as I really wanted to give Mycle the benefit of doubt. I took delivery of a Compact Plus two weeks ago, but the battery was faulty. I have reached out in every way possible, multiple times- phone messages, emails and on social media (which they edit - deleting negative comments and limiting commenting). I have had received two emails back, both from different people, asking me to check the battery (which I have done, and it has also been looked at by a local ebike shop). The battery does not turn on. I have not received one response offering to resolve the issue. I am mainly met with a wall of silence. For a purchase of this value I would expect a better post sale service (especially as I also paid for an extra year of warranty, something I now believe is a con). I took out a loan for this purchase, and am left with an eBike that isn't fit for purpose, and a company that has no interest in their customers once a purchase is made, and a debt.
