Bike was enormous
Bike was enormous - It should be clearer that this is a large bike. There were delays in delivering, but they were sending me emails assuming I'd already received the bike. Very difficult to return - they either didn't respond to emails promptly or didn't answer the phone, then sent me to their sister company return information, then eventually refunded me over 1 month after I returned the item and after a lot of chasing.
edit: they have responded saying they replied within 1 working day, however said nothing about the quality of the replies. A response with no substance cannot count.

This is a very disappointing review to read and we will of course take on board your feedback. However, i would also like to highlight that on all our e-bike product pages is an accurate size chart showing the measurements, max saddle height, min saddle height and the wheel size for each bike. We have also invested a lot into our network of test ride locations and have a very healthy amount of local stores, especially in London for you to have test ridden the bike if you were in any way unsure of the suitability of the size in anyway.
Furthermore, cycle to work bikes are more complicated to refund as we have to work with both your employer and cycle to work schemes, and are limited by their timeframe also - this was the reason for your refund delay not ourselves as explained in the emails. This can cause delays outside of our control, but we will continue to try and speed up the process where possible.
I can also see your emails were responded to within 1 working day without fail as we promise on our contact us page, and on 19th July, you received 4 replies explaining all your refund details. We can't always answer a customer on first call as Laurence is also very busy helping other customers too, but we respond to all our emails and voicemails.
While I understand your disappointment in needing to return the bike and the delays encountered, I would like to highlight the efforts the team go to in order to help you so we can make sure the review is fair. We are sorry the bike didn't work out and will continue to strive for a first class, UK customer support service.

Fantastic customer service
Unfortunately the bike i ordered was too heavy for me which I discovered when the bike arrived and it took two people to carry to my front door, this was my fault and not Mycle, as the company correctly advertise the weigh of the bike on the specs.
I had arranged to pay the bike in six installments and the first installment was paid prior to the arrival of the bike. I immediately contacted Mycle and dealt with Laurence who was extremely helpful and arranged for the bike to picked up and returned to Mycle.
There was a bit of a hiccup when a second payment was taken from my account even though I no longer had the bike, after contacting Laurence he sorted this issue out straight away and my two payments minus £70 for the return delivery of the bike which I was happy with, was paid back into my account.
I have only good things to say about Mycles customer service especially Laurence, and I would thoroughly recommend them as a reputable company to deal with.

This company produce E bike that have brakes that don't work... the customer service is painful. I have two of their bikes and I can't use either of them safely. Great investment of over £2k...

24 days of waiting for a scooter wheel…
24 days of waiting for a scooter wheel and still waiting, this has left me and my son who has autism absolutely stuffed, this is our way of travelling and even getting my shopping as i don’t drive, could never afford a cargo bike so this was our opinion but NO DELIVERY YET AND PHONES NEVER ANSWERED EVEN IF KEPT ON HOLD THIS IS NOT GOOD at first they seemed helpful but i paid what i needed and they have totally let us down apparently blaming a new system but come on guys ITS A SCOOTER WHHEL NOT A BIKE…..

New lease of life
Firstly, communication was excellent right down to the actual delivery that arrived precisely when they said it would. Packing was superb and assembly could not have been easier. I was very keen to try out my new bike as I am now living on a Narrowboat, and it behaved impeccably both on the roads and best of all along the Towpath which can be rutted and bumpy. I am 76 with not much cycling experience and it handled perfectly. My confidence has found new heights. Thankyou Mycle you've "made and old man very happy" :-)

Great service
Very pleased with bike. Prompt delivery and great communication. Bike arrived without the digital display option that was ordered. One quick email resolved issue immediately and new display arrived within a few days. Now just need the rain to stop.

Great product
I have been looking for an electric mountain bike and had a limited budget. Mycle products are well priced and the range is really good. The ordering process is simple - with delivery time as promised. The company are easy to contact and get back to you promptly when contacted. The bike is extremely well made and really good spec. I am very impressed and feel confident to recommend Mycle to anyone.

Makes my cycling a more pleasurable experience. Helps me keep up a standard of fitness while giving my bad knees a helping hand. I love the colour and was so easy to unpack and get to the riding stage. Still early days and getting used to the bike. But at this minute it's amazing.

So pleased with my electric Mycle bike
So pleased with my electric Mycle bike. It arrived promptly and was easy to put together. As soon as the battery was fully charged I was off up the road with a big smile on my face. I had been thinking about getting an electric bike for a while and so glad I did. I am nearly 70 and had been struggling for a while on my old Dutch bike but now I am whizzing around and cycling has become fun again.

The Compact PlusE-Bike
The E-Bike arrive in good condition and after simple assembly worked with no problems. I purchased the bike because I have trouble with my hips and knees and needed to exercise them without putting to much strain on them. After two weeks use I am very pleased with the bike.

It’s a great foldable e bike
The bike is great, it’s well made and easy to fold down and store. The battery keeps its charge well. I’m doing short trips around town. The assist is good, it’s helps get me up steep inclines in Exeter. It’s a shame they don’t deliver on a Saturday because that delayed me receiving my bike.

Good quality product
Good to be able to have a test ride of the compact plus at Ruxley Manor GC before purchasing.
Option to have my order delivered to Ruxley caused some issues as there was some confusion over delivery dates coinciding with the shop being open, though communication was good throughout.
The mycle is well built and has good features included, it feels stable when riding but I did need to tweak set up after a few rides. The folding mechanism is very stiff and it needs a few goes to master the technique. I bought this to ride to work on and I would recommend the product.
