No product and no refund
Placed an order on January 17th. 60 days later and I still have not received the product or a refund despite repeatedly asking customer service for help. I will NOT order from Mybeautybrand again.

Mascara just ok
Got it delivered 6 weeks after purchase (USA)
The brush is for people with big eyes and thick lashes the rounded tip makes it hard to get a fine look, the overall look is heavy. The liquid itself is a bit pasty or dry. Shame! Would have loved to live it

Great lashes, staying power not so much
I wanted to love this mascara and the colour, look and feel are great. However it’s down under my eyes by lunchtime. It doesn’t matter how I prep my skin (or not) and whether I powder (or not) I always end up with panda eyes. Back to Hourglass for me.

Although the colour is lovely
Although the colour is lovely, the lip gloss didn't last very well, and I think there are products out there that are nicer for half the cost. A little disappointed in my pay day treat.

Taxes douanières non prévues.
Bonjour. La gestion de la commande s'est bien passée. Le produit répond à mes attentes.
J'ai eu simplement la désagréable surprise de devoir payer 12 € de taxes de douane à la réception du colis, ce que je n'avais pas du tout prévu au départ.
Même si le produit me convient je ne le commanderai certainement pas une 2ème fois si je dois à nouveau rajouter 12 € de taxes douanières.
