I went in this salon to have my eyebrows threaded.
I’m not sure of the name of the women who did them but she told me to lay back in the chair and immediately started to remove hair above my brow without asking what shape I wanted. It was a very painful experience and she left my eyebrows too thin and 2 small tears in my skin. I’m extremely unhappy with the service provided

I have been using basic beauty for last four years , it’s service always great and today I m glad to see Rohini there who did my facial she is kind and very helpful and even I m happy my face is glowing and my skin so hydrated . The salon is very clean and all the staff are very welcoming. Savi has done my eyebrow tinting, upper lip lower chin waxing, and then went back to have removal acrylic nails has done chellac nails and paint toenails. I am so grateful for amazing job Savi has done,

I recently had a fantastic experience at My Beauty Basics salon, where Rachel did my haircut. Her skill and attention to detail were truly impressive, leaving me with an amazing and perfectly tailored look. The salon's atmosphere was inviting, and the staff were friendly and professional. Been in the new salon today to have my eyebrows waxed and nails done. From start to finish it was a very pleasant and friendly experience. I was greeted by warm smiles and excellent customer service. Such a clean and tidy environment, as was the last salon. The lady who done my treatments today did so with professionalism and care. The nail bar has a wonderful selection of colours to choose from .I left the salon feeling relaxed and so happy with the results. Can’t wait to go back for further beauty work. Thank you to all and congratulations on the opening of the new salon. It really is so nice inside.

I have been using my beauty basics for a couple of months now, all I can day is WOW!!!! Their purfumes are a carbon copy of the real ones and actually last longer, people are always telling me how nice I smell and cant believe what I'm wearing are copies, would 10000000% recommend to anyone who'll listen.. for what I used to spend on 1 bottle of purfume I can now get 6 bottles from my beauty basics, they always through in a 15ml sample when you purchase x2 bottles which is a bonus.

Me and my sister went for a haircut. Hemma was so welcoming and the salon itself was maintained well and clean. She understood our needs and gave an excellent service. We will definitely go back to her.

I have had several Momoko and also some Yuko straightening treatments with Hema, over the last few years

The service is one to one and really friendly

I come to Hema to get my hair permanently straightened, I only trust her with my hair as it’s very curly and dry and she knows what product is best for my hair. I always come out happy with the results! I would definitely recommend her!
