My Baby Stroller is a family run, Birmingham based business. selling prams, pushchairs, strollers, travel systems, double strollers, nursery furniture, clothes, toys and much more. We want to make shopping for baby products easier. Becoming a parent can be overwhelming, with so many options available, it can be hard to know what you need and you can end up spending too much money on the wrong things. Having recently welcomed a new addition to our own family, we felt that there wasn’t enough support in purchasing decisions and often felt like we were in the dark, spending too much money and wasting time scrolling through online shopping pages. Information that’s available to new or soon to be parents is so vast and confusing it can be difficult to know what to do. Our mission is to provide a place to purchase the essential baby products with your eyes open. Beyond that, we want to bring the community together and support new parents through one of the craziest times of their lives.

Great experience
Really helpful staff. I needed to check on the progress of my order and was dealt with very promptly with a follow up email on the dispatch information. Delighted when it arrived exactly when promised would definitely recommend

Im soo pleased and happy with the service they gave me and my family. They care, listen, they are proactive and put in a lot of hard work for their customers. I will always look to purchase items from here moving forward, whether it's my children, family or friends. Thank you I love our new yoyo connect and its just what i needed for traveling often.

Great experience
I was skeptical at first but after reading the reviews I thought why not and I was not disappointed. I’m travelling with a 4 month old in 2 weeks time and for a long time I’ve been searching for a travel pram. I already have the doona and joie but wanted something lightweight and settled for a YOYO. Did some research and My Baby Stroller came up. After I made the purchase I was updated throughout the entire process, I wasn’t worried about delivery day/time as I got regular updates via email and text.
Very pleased over all, I'm happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend. I’ll be back to purchase a cot soon - thanks!

Great service
Great service! Delivery was on time within the 5 to 6 days time frame. Customer service support was great as well! I have messaged them to ask if there's any updates on Delivery and they responded straight away.

Hi, your item was taken back to the manufacturer to find the fault and issue. Once they confirmed the issue you were refunded asap. Communication was between yourself and the manufacturer, not us on this occasion. I apologise that they did not get back to you sooner. Since you wrote this, you have been contacted and everything has been sorted out.

Communication was great throughout, as was every other aspect of customer service.
Couldn't recommend enough.
We had a tailor made bundle to suit our needs and ended up going with a brand for a travel system we hadn't even considered before going into the shop. The team are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Other shops I've been in have felt very pushy. This shop is on a lovely street, beautifully presented with some genuinely lovely people working in it.
I wouldn't hesitate to return if we need anything else.
