After signing online, and ordering the part for collection it was a seamless transaction.
When collecting the item it was ready to go on arrival.

I placed an order for a generator on Thursday 1/22. I found another generator and I tried to cancel my order Friday 1/23 am. The customer service rep, ELY, was very rude. She would not cancel the order. She asked me why did I order the part to only cancel the next day. She continued to ask me why I even placed the order. She refused to cancel the shipment. The shipment arrived on Thursday 1/29 and now they are refusing to give me a refund. They are charging me 2 way shipping and restocking fees. The person that we placed the order with, James, gave me an invoice and when I went back to view the invoice on Friday, it stated cancelled on the invoice. The refund and return policy states " if a customer inform within 48 hours after receiving the part......the customer will get a 30 day grace period to return the part and ask for replacement or refund." ELY told me to go to the website and read the return policy there instead of what is printed on the "cancelled" invoice.

Part didn't fit. Email for a return under the 30 day returns been a week and no reply. Wouldn't buy a nut off them

I have been trying to buy a grille from this company for a week, firstly trying to ascertain in which state the part was located so if it was in my state I could pick it up quickly and have it fitted. The responses must be from AI as it only answers literally there is no room to make assumptions like. When I asked what the shipping time would be as I believe the part was in Sydney. Response was "It is located in Perth". No well from Perth delivery to Melbourne is X days. Zero customer service

So I have ordered a part before Christmas didn’t get any tracking number or anything still haven’t got the part and it’s now January 2026 they have a one 1300 number but no one seems to answer it then on the phone for hours waiting have written numerous of emails but no reply

A difficult review to write because my experience with Auto Parts was mixed – but the bottom-line is that I would buy from them again because they provided a full no-quibble refund. The product (a front grill moulding) was not as illustrated – important trim that was included in the on-line illustration was not on the product received. On the positive side, the original price was significantly cheaper than on-line competitors (which do include the additional trim), delivery was very fast and they have provided a full refund, including postage. My experience indicates that they are trustworthy – which ultimately is what I want from an on-line business.

Spent $490 0n a part I provided the the VIN for. They sent the wrong part and will not reimburse my return. They told me they have a no return policy. I paid $70 to return it of my own money before hearing this. 100% their mistake and I'm out the money. Most absurd reasoning I have ever heard. Contacting the BBV for consumer fraud. I recommend never purchasing from such a disreputable business.
