The whole package for Umrah was mis sold. The hotel in Makkah, Al Kiswah Towers was really bad, we were a group of 6 and were placed in Tower 2, which we found when we got there, there was no reception area, we did not know how to check in as there was no one available. After waiting for ages we found a guy dealing with someone else and we managed to speak with him. Muslim Holy Travel representative had booked two rooms a quad and a double. Our luggage just sat in an area in the middle of nowhere and no guidance from anyone. There was no concierge service to help take our luggage to the room, we had to wait for hours for one of the quad rooms to become available. We were told that the second double room had never been booked for us by MHT and there was no reservation. After liaising endlessly with MHT in UK and being shoved from pillar to post and after waiting 9 hours we eventually got the second room. We found out that we were placed in Tower 2, the worst out of the 5 towers. The room was filthy, carpets dirty and stained, the bathroom was dirty and mould everywhere in the washbasin and the floor. we had to put towels down as it was virtually impossible to step on the filthy floor. There was no drinking water, no electric kettle, no beverages, no cups as shown on their website and as described by MHT. We were so devastated after a tiring journey, the lack of facilities and lack of services. We discovered later that tower 2 is the only tower that did not provide these facilities, lacked a reception area, lacked all the facilities in the rooms. When we asked for an electric kettle we were told that our agent had not requested for one!! After liaising with several people and MHT we were transferred to a different room which was slightly better than the first but still lacked all the basic amenities. I will never recommend Muslim Holy Travel to anyone as Umrah and the journey to the holy land is challenging as it is but the accommodation was the most challenging as we had to stay in filth for 6 days. Tower 2 apparently is reserved for visitors from poor countries as we were informed by Abdullah who was the contact at Al Kiswah. We were travelling from UK so not sure why people are treated in this way, no one should have to endure this type of accommodation no matter where they come from. However we were assured by Madiha from MHT that the hotel would be good. Unfortunately it is the worst that we have ever stayed in for the price of the package we were charged. The hotel in Madina was better, transportation was good. Unfortunately I have to give a very bad review as we were not expecting Al Kiswah Towers hotel to be this bad, although I did raise my concerns with Madiha when we booked the package and requested a different hotel. Madiha assured us this was a good hotel and we would get all the amenities when we get there. Unfortunately that was not the case, hence I would not recommend MHT to anyone in the future.

The booking initially was straightforward but changes were made due to the original hotels being unavailable. The agent Mughal kept us updated all along and provided us with alternative hotels to consider albeit at an additional cost. The transportation and Ziyara provided as part of the package were all delivered and I will describe our overall experience as a positive one. I have already recommended the company to a few friends and family and will not hesitate in booking future trips with them. Thanks for all your help and support Mughal.

Went to umrah for the first time, from the start madiha was lovely and helpful. The trip was a success cannot thank you all enough. I really enjoyed my stay at makkah and madina. I long to go back inshallah. Thank you madiha for looking after me and my family.

This was my first time doing umrah and Muslim holy travel really looked after us from the prices they were charging to the service they provided. This was especially the case with MUGHAL who was the agent I was dealing with always keeping us updated and even letting us know when there was big promotions going on. Because of him we were able to be upgraded from 3* hotel to a 5* one for basically nothing. So all in all amazing service was provided.

I have to say what a beautiful experience we had with Muslim holy travel our umrah Visa's hotels, transport was arranged flawlessly by brother Ulfat Ali had done a remarkable job for our whole family on this blessed journey to makkah and medina.. Transport was just amazing as soon as we exited jeddah airport our pick up driver was waiting there no more than ten minutes we were on our way to our hotel in makkah then we departed for medinah after our umrah again the very clean and very spacious comfortable transport to medina communication was brilliant and we arrived in medina, then our departure was again very punctual and comfortable to the airport from our hotel. I cannot say enough about our very pleasant experience with our brother Ulfat Ali from muslim holy travel.
We will use you again sir when Allah subhaan wa taallah Grant's us another opportunity to visit makkah & medina. We will always remember you in our dua's. May Allah bless you for your efforts.

I sent my wife and 3 kids for umrah. It was absolutely amazing package 5 star in makkah and 4 star in madina, pickup from airport in luxury car to makkah and to madina as well. Above all they had return flight from Madina which is very rare. My family had such a comfortable journey and package that we recommended one of our cousin and his family. Plus on return my family was given gift from umrah company.
They also had a lovely and amazing time with full comfort.

Days before will make some excuses
And demand more money. If you argue you will be threaten your flight will be cancelled and you will not get refunds .
Therefore Avoid booking with them

by the lord of the kaaba everything i say here is true, we will all return back to Allah so i am responsible for what i say.

this company has cheated so many people over the years by deceitful and dishonest tactics . They will either scam you via a deposit scam or by increasing the price of your hotels after they’ve taken from you large deposits leaving you desperate with no choice but to accept. it’s a calculated tactic they use .

scroll down well on google reviews and on trust pilot, past all the fake reviews they make frequently and read them all properly, you will see exactly what i mean, do not be fooled ! people have started speaking out against them now on social media check out facebook and tiktok you will see.

according to their own website they are not fully ATOL protected on all flights, neither are they registered with any dispute resolution organisation. which will leave you high and dry when they scam you unless you take full legal action which i suggest you do . if you haven’t already given them money please avoid them and choose reputable company.

if you have already committed then i suggest you employ a solicitor to overlook the rest of the transactions to ensure they give you what you’ve paid for and not charge you rates .

they will taken and deposit then change the package demanding more money OR claim that the “vendor “ is not offering the hotel and make so many excuses and keep your money .

My experience with Muslim holy travel was a positive one despite with some difficulties in searching for flight as I wanted to join the family there. Agent Rashid Ali was very professional and dealt with all me queries and very reassuring throughout. Also very much helpful with all information regarding transport transfers.
I would highly recommend Holy Muslim travel!

We and a family of 5 and went to Umrah over Christmas holidays 2023 and returned in Jan 2024. From the beginning there seemed to be regularly misinformation and misunderstanding on their part. They were pushy for payments and gave us wrong information. I had i initally looked around and decided to go with this company because I liked the location and the size of the hitel rooms, so decided those were the ones I wanted. I booked in April for our December trip (7months in advance). 2 weeks before travel I contacted the agents as they had not contacted regarding the details I needed for the trip. I was told that the agent would call me the following week. After chasing them for around a week, I got hold of them 3 days before we were to leave and it turns out that only Makkah hotel had been booked and not Madina as apparently Madina don't do Friday bookings?? (When in Madina, I asked the hotel and they said this was not true!! Also they only found this out 3 days before we were going to travel???????)
So I said that's fine we will go Thursday. But then he told us there was no space in that hotel anymore apparently as clearly the agent had not booked the hotel we paid them for. I was understandably angry with this as we had paid well in advance and they had messed up. The agent blamed the vendor and said it was not his fault!!
He offered an alternative hotel which I did not like. He said there is another option. I liked that location so I asked him to book that one BUT he said I would have to pay £200 MORE!!! It was his mistake why should I pay more. I refused and said I would look around. After looking I found that due to busy Christmas holiday period everywhere was booked. The agent said I will give you money you find a hotel. Reluctantly my husband didn't want us to be without a hotel especially with 3 young kids so we paid although the agent should have paid as it was their fault!!
After a week in Makkah, we travelled to Madina. 2 of my children had a fever when we travelled to Madina and just wanted to go to sleep at the hotel. On arrival we found out that our booking had been cancelled at this SECOND hotel which we had paid an extra £200 for!!
We sat in reception for 2 and half hours with 2 ill children with a high fever and the best the agent could do was to offer me a refund knowing that there were no hotels available. I was fuming! He expected me to take my luggage and ill children and search around Madina for a hotel and 11 o'clock at night!!!!
I told him this was unacceptable and that he would have to find a replacement hotel. We kept getting told don't worry we will sort it!! Seriously!! Messed up on 2 hotel already and we've paid extra and they were telling us not or worry.
We were eventually found a hotel room which was considerably smaller than what we had paid for. I contacted the agent and told him we were not happy with the room it was too cramped and we were having to climb over the luggage to squeeze in and out. The agent said he paid extra to get us this hotel which I do not believe and to be honest isn't my problem anyway as its yet again their mistake. He said the room is the best and After that we had no contact from the agent.
No apology, no compensation, no care that they caused so much stressed over those few weeks regarding their incompetence to book the selected hotels!
We paid for a good hotel, then paid extra for a closer and better hotel bith hitel were selected for their room size and after all that got stuck in a small room which normally accommodates 2 beds but for the busy period had 4 beds squashed into a small space!!!!!
It ruined our travel experience and I would advise you not to book with them. Especially if you are travelling with children or elderly.
Shocking work ethic!

They kept in touch with us during our trip. My dad is 87 years old. If there was even a mistake, it would have been very difficult for me. So now I want to go to Durbah soon with the same company.
