Alhamdulillah had a very good experience on my recent Umrah trip from 4 to 14 October 2023.

Ulfat Ali was very helpful and sorted everything out and the experience was excellent.

I will inshallah use Ulfat and MHT again for future Umrah bookings.

we really had a great time for our umrah..all the arrangements done were in order, transport cars were spacious, drivers were on time and friendly. Very well managed for us.

This company is very good we went as a family of 6 in August for Umrah and initially had few problems but brother Iftekar took over and sorted it all out from our hotel in Makkah which was very good to hotel in madina which could have been better but not complaining as it was close by, to our transfers and all 6 visas everything was very good and we were very happy which is why we have rebooked our umrah trip again in Ramadan with the same company In sha Allah. He does go out of his way to help in what ever way possible.

From the start of getting the quotation to end of our journey brother Ulfat Ali has been really helpful communicating with us, organising the visa to settlement of payment sending the bookings everything was smoothly completed. Before we went and after landing in Saudi Arabia he let us know the driver name and contact set which made our journey easier and we didn’t had to wait at the airport.
The downside was the hotel Madina wasn’t very pleasant as we didn’t get good service but the hotel in Makkah was excellent, the staff was friendly and helpful and restaurant breakfast was variety of choices for kids to enjoy.
Overall we had great experience with this travel agency In Shaa Allah will definitely book with them again and already recommended a friend in London who’s looking to go Umrah in November .

They have been so helpful, especially Mughal, who helped us choose the perfect package for our big family. So affordable and everything is sorted out for you from hotel bookings to car bookings. Made our Umrah so much easier

Used Muslim Holy Travel in October 2023, Was very good service from Hassan, Hotel in Makkah was very good, Hotel in Madina could’ve been better, but it was close to Masjid e Nabawi which was a plus, alhamdulillah everything good from Muslim Holy Travel.

I been in umrah from 25 sep to 5 october23 .my experience was very good .iftikar was dealing with my booking .he was responding my query immediately
Flight has delay however the driver was waiting for us looking after us i was receiving text reminder before any trip. Hotels were good as expected .last day driver couldnt reach us to drop us to airoport due to road closure but he was amazing he sent us 2 people to hotel to carry on our luguage.to walk toward him
Seriously it was very good experience with them .my next umrah soon and inshalah i will book again with them

Iftikhar was excellent. He took care of us from start to finish. From Medina to Mekka was excellent. The hotel was very good and very clean. It’s very close to the Mosque in Medina. The hotel in Mekka is very clean. The service is excellent ! I would encourage anyone to use them. This is my second time. Iftikhar was our agent and he was great.

I've dealt with Ulfat Ali and Amir Islam who have provided an excellent service. They had made the visa application, flight booking, accommodation booking and transportation services extremely simple and streamlined the entire process. I will definitely utilise their services going forward.

I want to thank Mughal for his professionalism and dedication. I really was scared at the beginning as I saw people struggling with hotel confirmation and when they arrived there will be no reservation!!
Mughal was so so patient with me and supported me through my Omrah procedure you are such nice person I want to thank you again as everything was in place and I had the best Omrah with my dad that we did not expect it be like this, you have made our Omrah easy and we didn’t have any issue or complain.
