We spent 5 months at La Torre Golf Resort. The whole team was very friendly and helpful at all times. The service was really remarkable! Thank you very much again. We are very much looking forward to our next stay!

Using Mercia holiday rentals went very smoothly. We had no problems but they were on hand if we had needed them

We had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful property managed by this company, and they were absolutely impressive from start to finish.

Their professionalism is second to none – every interaction was smooth, responsive, and handled with genuine care.

They really looked after us very well throughout our stay. The property was spotless and well-prepared, and the team went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and felt completely at home. It was clear they know their business inside and out, with excellent communication and attention to detail that made our experience so enjoyable.

We couldn’t have asked for better hosts. If you’re looking for a reliable and accommodating rental company, this is the one. We will definitely be booking with them again on our next trip!

Prompt and positive service, esp from Georgia. No problem is a problem, just something to be solved.

I went to them to rent out my property. They gave me a list of things to do, I completed. One of the things was to paint my balcony which they done for me but used the wrong paint n the rental side of company said it was not done to the right standard. Which surprised me I flew from uk for the third time to do the second list of items and realised the workman ship was not great as painter used wrong paint n did not paint part of the inside which I had already paid for. I replaced the fridge, microwave, garden furniture dining table set put in soft furnishings as that is what they wanted. After spending $6000 they send me an email saying that the property is not up to standard. You can check my property on booking . Com it’s Villa Nita Altoana golf. I also lost 6 months of bookings due to all there nonsense. Also I don’t know what was said in the office as when I went into their office all the other member of staff were listening to our conversion. I came home and had a good old cry and was upset for many days. But I’ve since found another company who are more than happy to take on my property and not charge renters far more than what they should pay. My belief on my property is not to make money but break even. Before going to them I was already getting 14 weeks of rental which was enough for me. I suggest before renting from this company go to other site or check out Facebook you will pay half the price. Happy holiday

To have the team located in the Hacienda Riquelme is an absolute win. Service is excellent: Once our boiler was broken and it was impressive to see what the team did to fix the problem. Very solution oriented and quick. From the initial initial booking through the final leave of the appartment after two months a very positive experience.

The houses we have rented over the years are always clean and well equipped with good beds. Nice location quiet and suitable for 4 persons.
The staff (Georgia, Melissa, Debbie etc.) at the office at La Torre are very friendly, helpfull and serviceminded. Problems (if any) are solved immediately.

I found it useful to be able to speak over the phone with a member of the team when I needed some assistance with making payment, rather than just over email. The property we rented was of a very high standard and extremely well maintained. Credit to the Villa Care team in resort who are fabulous.

La propiedad se encontraba sucia a nuestra llegada, tuvimos nosotros mismos que proceder a la limpieza de la misma, encontrándose, incluso comida debajo de la cama, lo que había traído consigo hormigas, que se encontraban por todas partes del inmueble, incluso dentro de las propias sábanas. El colchón de la cama de matrimonio está totalmente vencido y es impropio de cualquier apartamento que se dedique al descanso, se hundía totalmente no permitiendo el correcto descanso y haciendo muy complicado que dos personas pudieran dormir en él debe tener como 20 años y ser el más barato. mi mujer se llevó a clavar los alambres. la televisión no funcionaba en ninguno de sus canales incluso los que no eran de pago. La propiedad se ofreció a repararlos, pero ya rechazamos nosotros que vinieran. También el primer día la llegada el código que nos facilitaron de entrada no era correcto y llamando al número de emergencia que se supone que estaba disponible nadie nos atendió finalmente la propiedad nos facilitó un nuevo código. El piso tiene humedades y desconchados por todos sitios necesita una reforma. La piscina se encontraba con el fondo sucio cuando llegamos.

The first 4 days no AC and 2 days without electricity. Also the cooking stuff is very limit for 5 people, while the villa is overpriced. I offer a much bigger and brand new villa in Spain with a huge private pool for less money.

Leide huset Villa Campanula A, 16 dager. Bestilling og betaling gikk greit. God kommunikasjon før oppholdet. Når vi kom frem var huset ikke slik det ble fremstilt i annonsen. Det ble bygget på huset, noe som medførte bråk fra kl.07:00-08:00 hver morning. Banking, saging og borring i tilknyttet betong høres ut som om arbeidet foregikk inne i vårt hus . Vi fikk ikke informasjon om dette før bestilling, og preget ferien negativt. Bildene fra annonsen viser ellers at huset står alene. Etter bilde ble tatt har det komt nabohus som står helt tett på dette huset.

Bassenget var så skittent at vi ikke kunne bruke det første 5 dager av oppholdet etter gjestene før oss. Renholdet ellers var svært dårlig utvendig, bra innvendig. Vi brukte mye tid på å gjøre det rent.

Vi prøvde å klage, men fikk ikke svar før det hadde gått 10 dager. Vi purret flere ganger og ba om utbedring. Kompensasjonen vi fikk til slutt var rabatt for neste opphold.

Kommer ikke til å leie fra dette firmaet igjen.

We had a faultless booking with Murcia Holiday Rentals. Booking was easy, communication was first class, there was a lovely welcome pack in the villa on arrival and even when we had a minor issue with the pool after the gardeners had been in to cut the hedges and there was no pool net, after calling into their office in the town centre, the pool was cleaned on the same day and a new pool net provided. Top class service, we wouldn't hesitate to book again with Murcia Holiday Rentals. Thank you!!
