Possibly the worst shopping decision I ever made. My elderly mum showed me the catalogue and we choose things for my girls for Christmas. It seemed so cute I sent ideas to my mother in law. EVERYTHING MY CHILDREN GOT WAS TOTAL RUBBISH AND BROKE/DIDNT WORK. TOTAL RIP OFF.
Childrens bows and arrows.. didn’t fire even 5cm let alone a meter!! Just flopped down.
The Cats and dogs umbrella broke on first opening the plastic was so flimsy!
The pogo sticks have such stiff springs that they don’t bounce at all! Or even move!
The children hair highlights did nothing not a jot of colour on their hair!
The volcano didn’t erupt! It was rubbish
The sea scope is totally useless you can’t see anything.
We called and complained about the bows ( the other gifts hadn’t been played with opened by then) and they said if we send them back they will refund my mother in law. She received nothing.( see below)
Hundreds of wasted pounds and disappointed children. Do not buy from this scam company!!! I feel sick at the total waste of human time, and landfill rubbish!!!
******And in reply to your answer below about not selling this stuff, that’s total rubbish!!!! I have photo shots from you website! If trust pilot would let me post them I would. You may have changed you catalogue since Christmas which is handy eh!
And sorry yes, my mother in law did find the refund on her account so that’s a small positive. Please take time to try and use the stuff you sell it!

We were so pleased with the 'Zoo Building Blocks' that we looked again at Mulberry Bush Toys for our great niece's Christmas present & fell in love with Oldfield Farm & opted for the bundle which seemed excellent value. Received it today, without unpacking it, it all looks to be every bit as good as we'd hoped & we're sure it will be a hit on Christmas morning.

When I recently encountered an issue with my items not being delivered (by Royal Mail), Andrea was on hand to help, to make sure I received my order in time for Christmas. All 3 wooden toys all arrived the next day. Amazing outstanding customer service by Mulberry Bush Ltd. I will definitely be shopping here again. With our TNT parcel full of grandkids Christmas presents lost in transit, one call to Mulberry Bush made our Christmas. They turned around a full list of toys, packaged and sent to arrive the next day....just before Santa.

Absolutely ludicrous postage charges. They offer free delivery but only over the £75 mark which is very high! They say they offer returns but these are not free and no returns labels are provided; these have to be printed out by you so impossible if you don’t have a printer. You also have to foot the bill for postage yourself and if your return brings you back under 75 they take £4 postage off your refund!!!!! I’ve sent back a £19 toy and only ended up getting back £11 (they refunded £15 having reclaimed their original ‘free’ postage and it cost me £4 to return) not to mention the inconvenience of actually organising the return. Very poor way to treat customers who are spending a lot of money.

This was my first order with this company and most certainly will not be the last. Very quick and efficient. I ordered a Poppy Rag Doll and it arrived very quickly and very well packed. I will definitly shop again as there is such a good choice of toys for varying ages. Thank you.

I recently bought Le Grand Garage with Vehicle Bundle for my 2 year old grandson .( I'd previously ordered a toy garage from another company and was very disappointed, parts missing, less solid and poorer quality, - it was subsequently returned).
Having spoken with very helpful Paul at Mulberry Bush about this wooden garage, I ordered it. Delivery was prompt, the items were beautifully wrapped/protected and construction instructions very clear.( took me a couple of hours).
The garage is absolutely beautiful, a really superior product and definitely worth the money paid. The component parts are sturdy & strong and the detail of it, and the vehicles are delightful.
The joy on my grandson's face as he opened his present was priceless. He has spent many hours playing with his garage and at the moment is getting particular joy out of filling the cars with petrol!I expect this garage will be a favourite toy for a long time to come.
I know the importance of making the right decision when spending this amount of money and as such, I have no hesitation in recommending this garage (and vehicles) to other customers.

Wonderful Sunday lunch. The staff went out of their way to look after our large group of 10 in the upstairs dining room. One of the best pub roasts I have had, with great service.

I purchased the Cherry Tree Hall wooden dolls house for my 3 year old grand-daughter for Christmas with accessories from this company and cannot rate them highly enough. The website was easy to use, delivery excellent and prompt and the house and accessories were well packed for shipment. The bundle package offered by the Mulberry was excellent as it worked out cheaper than buying the accessories required for the house separately.

The wooden toys from Le Toy Van range are excellent and well made and are played with daily as they are loved by my grand-daughter (I will write a separate review on the companies profile). This was one excellent Christmas present (expensive but worth it)!

Would highly recommend this company, their delivery and customer service. I will be returning again for future purchases.

Thank you for your reply to my review. There are a couple of points with which I take issue. The "dexterity" which you note is a requirement to use the toy is beyond the ability of the children and therefore they will not learn from it. I found it impossible to balance half of the figures included. As for the question of refund or exchange: in my phone call asking to return the item, I asked for a credit note so that I could purchase goods of equal value. There seemed little point in a replacement with the same failings; I was told the options were exchange or refund, and so I had no real choice. May I suggest a "No Quibble" returns policy should include a third option, alternative replacement(s), post free in both directions (ie in returning the item which fails to meet requirements, and for alternative selections to the same value). On my budget, I cannot afford to purchase educational items if this involves a loss every time an item does not meet the requirements.

The speed of delivery and quality of the item received was first class. I will definitely be using the site again, and will be recommending to my family and friends. A brilliant find on the Google search engine.!

I recently came across Mulberry Bush Ltd having received one of their catalogues in the post. I loved the great range of thoughtfully selected toys and decided to place an order for a couple of items for my Granddaughter's birthday. I was pleasantly surprised at the great customer service I received. The phone was answered promptly and the lady who took my order was very polite, friendly and efficient. My parcel arrived in the timescale I was quoted. The parcel was well packed and the items I ordered were of a very good quality at a competitive price. Thank you Mulberry Bush I will be ordering again.

I ordered a personalised item which would normally require 2 weeks notice - phoned Customer Services and asked if I could possibly get it a bit sooner. Charming lady told me "no problem". It arrived today, beautifully packaged in eco-friendly packing material. Brilliant service and I shall definitely use them again.

Hi, I have ordered twice recently and have been very impressed with the customer service and quality of the items. I like the fact that their gifts are unique and some were Birthday presents for my daughter's friends and there was no duplication from other friends! I did have a problem with one item but this issue was resolved very quickly once I gave details of the fault and a replacement was provided. Would highly recommend, website easy to use and staff on phone very helpful and knowledgeable. Christmas order coming soon!
