Great customer service, really responsive and competitive pricing.
They were really helpful in advising what I needed to order and how to get the best price as well as hugely accommodating when I needed to change my appointment at short notice. Very friendly during the appointment, I would highly recommend.

Fast, professional service
I can’t praise Jay highly enough! Helpful, professional & nothing too much trouble. I had a very rare problem with faulty rear tyres. Jay & Will found the fault & sorted replacements out professionally & quickly! I won’t use anyone else to fit my tyres! Thank you Jay & Will! 👍🏻

Very highly recommended
Such a great service from Mr Trye Sutton Coldfield. Had a problem with my tyre on Saturday afternoon which meant I couldn’t drive my car. Jay offered to keep the car in the compound until Monday when the new tyre arrived rather than allow me to risk driving it home then back on Monday. Such polite, professional and kind service and a very reasonable grove for a new Michelin true on a Porsche. Car sorted earlier than expected with no fuss and great communication. Felt protected and cared for by these guys when I was in trouble. Thank you.

It took four days to get two tyres…
It took four days to get two tyres fitted running back and forth told my tyres are there, then to be told that they are not there staff blameing each other. I always have used this place but now I'm thinking about not .

We do apologise if the level of service was not as it should be on this occasion. Unfortunately, the communication between our depot manager and another staff member who was covering at the depot was not good enough and contributed to the issue.
Hopefully you will give us another opportunity in the future to show that our service level is at a high standard and this was just a one off.
