Obtained a quote online for £250 for rear brake pads and discs and £150 for interim service. Charged £690 disgusting!
We took our car to the Stafford branch for an MOT and it failed. They quoted £690 including MOT for the above work including a new calliper.
Obtained a quote online from Mr Tyre Ltd for £250 for rear brake pads and discs and £150 for interim service plus £20.00 for fuel cleaning treatment excluding new calliper.
We were Charged £640.00 disgusting! Complained and they gave us the finger. Never go there again. Service was poor poor poor. AVOID!

Your review is factually incorrect and could be potentially classed as libel.
You booked your vehicle in for a Mot test and an interim service, unfortunately your vehicle failed the test due due to the following,
Repair immediately (major defects):
Exhaust emissions exceed manufacturer's specified limit (8.2.2.2 (a))
Nearside Rear Service brake excessively binding (1.2.1 (f))
We contacted you straight after and explained this to you, we informed you that the rear brake problem would require further strip down to identify the problem which there would be a diagnosis charge. You informed us to continue.
After stripping the vehicle down further we identified that a rear brake caliber was seized and required replacing, we also advised you to change the rear pads and discs as the pads were low and the discs corroded. The price of this work was given, you also asked us if you could take the vehicle away to be repaired and we informed you yes, no problem you would just owe us for the work we had carried out unto that point.
You asked again what the price of the work was and the breakdown of this additional work and the work you had already booked in for was given. You asked us clearly to continue.
Whilst the work was being undertaken you emailed our customer service and asked for a price on rear discs & pads, interim service and a fuel treatment. We replied to your enquiry with the exact same prices you had been quoted and also highlighted that the total invoice also included the Mot test fee, rear brake caliber, labour to diagnose the brake issue and a additional fuel treatment.
As you were continually contacting the depot asking for a price reduction, they gave you a £50.00 discount as a gesture of goodwill.
After you gave us the instruction to continue with the additional work at the price given you continually contacted the depot asking for a price reduction. After you collected the vehicle you have emailed our customer service department asking for a price reduction, you have stated in your email £500 would be closer to normality.
As all our telephone calls are recorded for training purposes we can easily prove that the depot acted in a professional manner from start to finish, they communicated with you from start to finish and you clearly knew all the prices and clearly asked us to carry out the work.
At no point have anyone at our company given you the finger.

Good price for four tyres all fitted when booked very pleasant staff and all very professional. Mr tyre at Stafford is always my go to tyre specialist. Five star service.

The quickest 2 tyre change both…
The quickest 2 tyre change both originally opposite sides and one front one rear. They changed the 2 and balanced the original they put on the rear all in 30 minutes and that is the fastest I've known! Highly recommend!

Very good service from the team at the Stafford branch. I called up for a price and was shocked when told I could bring the car in and get the job done that day. Very good customer service and they got the job done quickly buy efficiently. Furthermore a good price compared to main dealers.
