Not the best.
Fast service only went in to see if my tyres were road legal, they were but were very close to legal limit so decided to change them.
So can’t say anything about the pricing comparison with other tyre companies in my area.
Why have I given them 2 stars!? The reason was while I was sat waiting for my tyres to be fitted a guy came in and said that they had forgotten to do something when working on his car, and that he had gotten to London (about 100 miles) and something had gone wrong, so he had to take it to a local garage and they told him that something had not been correctly fitted and was dangerous.
My experience was they scratched and chipped one of my gloss black wheels, I didn’t notice till I had gotten home, I will not be going back to this garage again I used to take my previous car here all the time but it had steel wheels so if scratched I wouldn’t have seen that much.

While we’re glad you found our service fast and efficient, we’re disappointed to learn that your rating was largely influenced by a situation you overheard, rather than your own service. We take all feedback seriously, but without more context, it’s difficult to comment on a separate issue involving another customer.
Regarding the scratch on your wheel, we sincerely apologise if this occurred during your visit. We would’ve appreciated the opportunity to look at the damage and address it right away had we been made aware at the time. We take great care with all vehicles, but if something was missed, we’d certainly aim to make it right.

The gentleman at the Rugby branch was…
The gentleman at the Rugby branch was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Although Mr Tyre were not able to carry out the diagnosed repair, he offered valuable advice on how much I should realistically be paying with a specialist garage.
All of this for no charge.

Car service
Usually, the service here is excellent, but this time was different. The staff seemed uninterested in assisting us, and one employee completely ignored me. It was such a stark contrast to my previous visits that we left without getting the tyres or any of the advisory work done. A very unusual experience.
