wait was too long,took over two hours to fit my tyres.I was told it would be one hour wait,plus there was no apology. I need two tyres for my other car but won't be going back here!

I am very sorry to hear about your recent experience and that you were kept waiting for over two hours after being advised the fitting would take around one hour. I understand how frustrating this must have been, especially when expectations were not met.
I would also like to apologise that no apology or explanation was given to you during your visit. This is not the level of customer service we aim to provide.

They were busy when arrived told me to…
They were busy when arrived told me to come back in an hour and they got me straight in and repaired my tyre for a very reasonable price - staff were very helpful too - would recommend

You have sent me an invoice today…
You have sent me an invoice today though I have not had any work done. The attached picture shows a black taxi, my car is white and the registration shown is not mine. But the invoice says it is. I did have some work done previously and made a complaint. So why these emails today?

Full Servicing
Full Servicing, brake fluid change. Communication great, listened and advised. Fab job everytime visited, want an overall garage this is the one.

Very happy with experience
Very quick and thankfully repaired my tyre so not having to purchase a new one. Both Sam and the lad who mended the tyre were very polite and dealt with me (and others that walked in off the street) quickly.
