Mr Shifter (Middlesbrough) Removals and Storage Anmeldelser

The Removal Company Mr Shifter was very helpful and amiable when we had to change the moving date. The removal men who were assigned to moving us were very helpful and went the extra mile, nothing was too much trouble to them. I would definitely recommend this company whose prices were competitive and value for money.

Fantastic customer service from the start of the process until the end at an affordable rate!
The office staff who I arranged the job with were helpful and answered all my questions (and I had a lot as I had never done this before).
I went with the service where Mr Shifter provided me with the packing materials, a member of staff came round my old home and quoted the amount of materials I would need and more questions were answered!
Constant communication to when the materials would be dropped off and the next steps of the process.
On moving day, the lads came round around 1pm, very friendly and put me at ease. They packed the van up quite quickly with zero damage to any of the products. At the new house they placed the boxes where the labels advised and if there was not a label they asked. And they even asked me if I was happy with the position of my bed and moved it around until I was happy.
Extremely polite, friendly and efficient.
When the move was finished, I remember thinking, there was no stress to that, and it went really smooth, and this is because of the great staff and services of Mr Shifter!
Thank you so much!!!

Really great service, very understanding and reassuring when moving dates had to be changed. The guys taking care of the move were very professional and helpful. I highly recommend Mr Shifter

We have just moved using Mr Shifter.

It was good that we had a survey to check the extent of what had to be moved, and whilst the removal guys themselves were a bit rough and ready, they were friendly, and packed the van to the roof.

When we arrived at our new house, it was pouring with rain, with lots of sand and concrete on the floor from the construction site of the new house.

They provided protection for our new carpets, and were very impressive when getting our large sofa into the lounge.

I’ve used Mr Shifter for my last 3 house moves. The teams are friendly, professional and organised, can’t recommend them enough.

Really professional and our move went really smooth. Friendly and very, very careful.
Woulf use again

We have used the company twice in the last 5 years on both occasions from large properties. Each time we have had an excellent service and would highly recommend this company for anyone moving house. The staff were very helpful and well organised, making our move less stressful. Will definitely use again. Thanks to Jim and the team

Absolutely brilliant team! 2 days shifting our huge amount of stuff from 1 house to another and putting most of my colour coded boxes in the right place!
This is the 2nd time we've used them and will do again.
Top tip... take the key release insurance... it's worth it!

Ease of quote online to list items for move. Short notice move. On the day of the move they turned up on time made sure that mattresses etc were covered and secure. Offloading in my hew home was quick and painless- no damage to any items or new property.

Would highly recommend the service offered

Moving made easier! The Mr Shifter teams worked tirelessly for our move ensuring it was as smooth and painless as possible. The teams were so helpful, polite and friendly and I would definitely recommend Mr Shifter to my friends and family when moving house! This is the 3rd time I’ve used them and would definitely be my ‘go to’ removals should I move again! Highly recommended

Absolutely first class from start to finish!

Great service , good lads , hard workers and very well organised. Our move was over 300 miles and we would highly recommend them to friends & family . A great service carried out from start to finish . From mr & mrs Wright now back across the border in England

2 very enthusiastic and professional lads carried out the work with good humour.

We previously hired Mr Shifter for our daughter to be moved as an urgent requirement meaning everything had to go into storage. The guys who came along and packed everything up were amazing then a couple of months down the line they unloaded the stored household items into the new house.
From this excellent experience Mr Shifter was booked again this time moving my elderly parents to their new home. There was some challenging pieces of furniture to move and the guys were extremely patient, understanding and very caring towards elderly needs. All I can say is I would be reluctant to use any other removals company than Mr Shifter. They have been brilliant from the beginning to the end. Great team work!

I moved from the Wirral to North Yorkshire in August. The staff at Mr Shifter were amazing, from the initial enquiry and quoting, through to the move. Nothing was too much for them, giving advice and delivering boxes/packing within a day. The two men on removal day were great - they made an emotional move fun, light-hearted and stress free. I can't thank Mr Shifter enough and would recommend to anyone.

Second time we’ve used this company. Very professional from start to finish. Great price two good lads who work from 8 til 6 . Well recommended

Would highly recommend this company. Was dealt with efficiently with the quote and they were always quick to reply. Especially as we didn’t get a date to move 2 weeks prior of our actual moving date. Our stuff was looked after and nothing was damaged. The two lads who done our move were spot on. Can’t fault them.

Brilliant service by Mr Shifter - the lads who came were friendly and professional - all packed up and ready to move in less than 3 hours - unpacked at the new place in 2 hours + couldn't ask for anything more - would certainly recommend Mr Shifter to everyone

I would recommend Mr Shifter to anyone! They were the best priced of all the quotes we received and the lads were organised and efficient from start to finish. This made the whole day as stress free as it could be!

thanks again to you all at Mr Shifter! 10/10 5 stars from me!
