Had my car in for a service and had a look around the showroom while I was waiting and met a salesman, think his name was Myles - he made me feel welcome and a valued customer even though I was just in for service.
As a result of this, we have arranged a test drive for next week so hopefully will arrange to purchase a new car - top service!

Came in the other day to look at a Volvo XC-90 and was greeted by a polite gentleman called Myles. He answered all of our questions and helped us choose the right specification for our needs. Unfortunately you didn't have the right vehicle in stock but will be keeping an eye on the website and will definitely be back in the very near future!

I saw this fabulous car whilst at the garage for a service and so later I arranged a test-drive by phone and took the car out with my wife for a short drive. We were very pleased so set about purchasing it. Two days later we called in to collect the car and found it looking immaculate. New body paint protection applied and dry, both inside and out. The paperwork took no time to complete and the price for our old car was great. At no point in the whole process were we rushed, pressurised etc and we calmly did the deal to both parties satisfaction. I would highly recommend MRG Cars in Chippenham as we are now the very pleased owners of one of their excellent used cars.

Excellent service when purchased car from Darren Keel. He was very approachable when asking about the car and nothing was too much, even offered to pick us up from the station when coming to collect the car on 12/8. He was exceptionally helpful and very friendly it was a pleasure dealing with him, and would definitely purchase again from MRG Ford and of course Darren Keel. I would also like to thank the gentlemen who set my phone in the car via Bluetooth it was a tremendous help.

Absolutely brilliant, very quick and easy

So difficult to deal with. They seem to have a policy whereby they look at cars throughout the day, but don't get in contact with you or allow you to pick up your car until the very end of the day, which is not at all useful when you have a busy life and children to ferry around. I wouldn't deal with them except when I absolutely need to because of warranties etc and being closest dealer to me, and I will be avoiding buying any cars that need their servicing in the future. Workmanship etc is ok other than that, if they could sort out putting the customer first instead of what is easiest for them it would be a much better garage.

Sold my car to the Ford part of the dealership. Very good communication and easy to get information from staff who were helpful and friendly. Very smooth and easy transaction. Would recommend.

Arrived 8.45am for my 9am booked service appointment, reception person took my car paperwork from there rack where he told me car was booked in for 10.30am, I said no it was 9am booked weeks ago, he told me they have no 9am booking slots. I started to get annoyed as i had driven 20 miles + and was going to wait for my car. I went to show him my booking confirmation & reminder on my phone which he turned round and said "don't put the phone in my face" which i never, he just didn't bother to look. I sat down in waiting area waiting for any updates, none came. Other customers came in and were offered tea or coffee and when there car was ready were explained what there car condition was in reporting on any advisories etc, they were then handed the service paperwork and told where there car was parked. When my car was ready the same person came out handed another waiting customer his keys & told where his car was parked, then he came to me handed me my keys & service paperwork and said thank you, no explanation on how the service went and never told me where my car was parked. On getting back into my car I checked the service book was stamped, it was but on the 3rd year instead of the correct 2nd year. Will never use this company again
