really quick service. The actual item union jack was delivered next day. The ensign was well made and a very reasonable price for an outdoor ensign. Will certainly buy from this company again. Thankyou

Told wrong information on calling.
When I 'phoned the company and asked for eyelets as well as pole attachment, I was told the flag would have eyelets, but when I went to use the flag there was no eyelets.

Hi Mr Arthurs,
We do supply flags with eyelets, when requested. It's our most popular fitting type. However you requested rope and toggle when placing your order.
Nevertheless I wrote to you on 23 April to say the following:
"Good morning Mr Arthurs,
I apologise that we have let you down.
Your order was placed online and I can see that Rope and Toggle fittings were selected (instead of eyelets) at the time of purchase. Could you tell me who you spoke to so I can ensure that lessons are learned?
This notwithstanding, we will of course put things right for you. Would you please use the flag for now, and when you’re ready send it back to us for refitting?"

A few years back, I found an image on Google of the Saltire with y Ddraig Goch superimposed over top. I thought it was absolutely amazing. It represented the biggest chunk of my families heritage. Scottish on my Mothers, and Welsh on my Fathers. Fast forward a few years, and I find the very company that would and does make that very flag!!
I am very impressed with the shipping times. Both the Royal Mail and the USPS, must’ve been on their game. Few days to create, then it was at my door in a week after i saw the email, that it had shipped.
A very well constructed flag. Image is nice and crisp. Looking forward to many years with this flag.

Coffin drape
Fantastic service from start to finish. Very helpful with sending pictures etc and the design team made the drape even more personal adding a Star Wars theme. The coffin drape was for my dad who was a prop maker on Starwars and the drape was very fitting. Fantastic quality and fast delivery. Would definitely recommend and I’d use this company again!

One of colours on flag incorrect
One of colours on flag incorrect. Matched colour on 1 of pics provided but not the others. If clarification had been sought then this wouldn't have happened. Plus points for quality and delivery within timescales. Shame about colour.

I’m sorry that we have not done better for you.
I am unable to find any record of any contact from you saying that you were unhappy with your purchase. If you could tell me who you emailed or spoke to I will look into why this has not been resolved for you.
You say that we “matched colour on 1 of pics provided but not the others. If clarification had been sought then this wouldn't have happened”. Having looked at your order again this morning I can see that you provided one picture of the flag you wanted us to produce, and four additional images showing the detail of the badge. I have grouped all 5 of your images alongside a graphic of the art that we produced and have emailed this to you.
Even now in light of your review I cannot see anything that requires clarification, even with the benefit of hindsight. Could you give me a little more detail on exacty what it is that we got wrong so that we can learn and improve?
