Really happy with Mr Bee. Removal men were pleasant and efficient, working really hard whilst being careful and considerate of our belongings. Made the process so much easier. Extremely reasonable pricing. This is the 2nd time we have used the company in 5 years and would use again. Recommended to friends who have also used them and been extremely satisfied.

The operatives of this company steal valuables (including jewellery) from the boxes they transport. They take a detour between addresses to fish these out from their cargo. They take long breaks during the job to stretch the estimated time by over two hours. When they take balance payment at end of job, they also demand proof of payment of initial deposit: clearly a ploy to get sight of client bank details. They must fake their 5 star reviews. Response to complaint is highly aggressive. Dangerous people. Steer clear.

Very reliable and professional this is my second time using this service and they always deliver on their service. Polite and respectable. Very experienced as you can tell when moving furniture up two flights of stairs, dismantled and put furniture together and worked with speed and efficiency. Highly recommend never had a bad experience .

I am very pleased with Mr Bee Removal service. They were very professional in carrying out their job. Their staff are very focused, courteous and good time management. I recently used their service to move my properties from a second floor flat building. Their boys were fantastic. They work very diligently beyond expectations.

I didn’t even book this company - I got a quote from them, said I would be interested - heard nothing from them for over a month leading up to the move - no email receipt or invoice or written confirmation - nothing! Then on the day they turned up at 8am. I mistakenly thought they were the actual firm I had booked, who then turned up 30 minutes later. I tried to talk to the manager at the office who yelled and swore at me and ordered his driver to lock the van with some of my stuff in until i paid them in full. I even offered to just pay them for 1 hours work but they demanded it in full or wouldn’t unlock the van.

This is a highly immoral corrupt organisation. Please do yourself a favour and don’t use them.

If you want further evidence of what they are like - have a look at the way they respond to negative reviews on this site — immediately rude and defensive replies against each one star review that has been posted (oh, and now they have done the same with this one — and for the record, Mr Bee, in response to your question, I paid for the 4 hours in full because you instructed your drivers to lock the van and not give me my stuff unless I did this! I’m sure there is a law against what you did there.) Profoundly unprofessional in every way.

I was looking for a Man and a Van as I was moving and all my local Companies were expensive.
Mr Bee Removals were so helpful from the start and their price beat all the other Companies, they are based in Middlesex and were prepared to drive to Surrey at no extra cost and the 2 men who turned up were professional, helpful and friendly. They dismantled my bed and put it together at the other end and they went that extra mile for me which I was grateful for. I would highly recommend this Company and Seun who initially contacted me and made my move less stressful and kept me updated right up to the day I moved. So Thank You for a great experience from start to finish.

Had such a great experience when we used Mr Bee to move my daughter from London to Sheffield, great communication every step of the way and on the day of the move the team were some helpful, they literally went the extra mile to make sure everything was done 100% and that we were satisfied. Great all round service I highly recommend them.

With Mr. BEE REMOVALS, our move was timely and the movers were very efficient. We had a Sunday appointment and had booked an afternoon slot, but the movers called the day before moving day to suggest and earlier time, which we were able to accommodate. The team that moved us did so expertly and packed everything carefully and safely. They were able to assist with some disassembly-reassembly of some of our bulky furniture, too - this was included in the quote, which is calculated by the hour. For us, one Luton van was sufficient. We were moving from a first floor (no lift) to a ground floor at destination, and this was no problem for the two guys that came over. We have used this removals company previously, so we are repeat customers and we knew what to expect of their fine service. The price is right for the service they give.

Very nice hardworking team. Prompt and efficient. The price quoted was the best around town and l would definitely use them again. Well done guys considering the lift broke down on the 15th floor flat where l was moving
from. The guys were patient and considerate. Would recommend to friends and family.

Move went fine. And there were 2 Romanian guys who helped me move. The main guy(driver) was not very respectful, or maybe I did not like the tone of his voice. The second guy, who was a helper, was respectful and very helpful. Overall move went smoothly but I had to help them all the way. Had a 3 seater big heavy sofa, driver guy declined to shift it to my flat, I called up Mr Bee and he sorted it out. All in all recommended.

I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service provided by this company. This is the second time I am using this Bee removals service. Gerry and Andy, the two gentlemen assigned to my move, arrived right on schedule and immediately got to work. Despite the challenge of moving everything from my home down two flights of stairs, they handled the task with impressive speed and care. They carefully transported all my belongings to my storage units without causing any damage, all while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.

Their dedication and work ethic were truly remarkable, and they made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

I’m incredibly grateful for their hard work and would like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Bee for providing such a top-notch service.

When I initially booked the service, I clearly informed them that I had 10 boxes along with other items to move. They assured me that one van and one mover would be sufficient for the job, However, when the movers arrived, things quickly went downhill.

The mover who came to help was incredibly unprofessional and spoke to me in a rude and disrespectful manner. It felt as though they were doing me a favour instead of providing a service that I was paying for. They were making unnecessary comments that I should handle my own belongings, as if they were the ones paying me to do the job. This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable, especially from a company that is supposed to make a stressful experience like moving easier, not worse.

I would strongly not recommend using their services unless you would like to disrespected and frustrated. And yes I am a genuine customer, so please. Don’t give an excuse saying that, I am someone who is here to tarnish your company’s reputation, cause that’s the only excuse you have. For anyone who leaves a honest review.

Sleazy thieves.

Stole jewellery from our house, made uncomfortable comments about my relationship status and if I was living alone, then proceeded to insist I go to an atm to get £50 cash for them that wasn’t agreed upon and that they wouldn’t let me bank transfer to the main Mr Bee account. Being at the house on my own, I felt pressured into this and didn’t want to argue. When reporting to the manager, the whole situation turned very nasty. An “investigation” was conducted regarding the jewellery in which they simply asked the men “did you steal this” and they said “no”. Avoid at all costs.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE - the movers stole three sets of earrings, no apology, nothing. I would suggest reading other review websites (e.g. Yelp) before using this service as it is obviously not the first time things have been stolen from homes. I have reported to the police.

I also spoke to the owner of the business, "Bob" who confirmed nothing will be done about it, so these removal men will likely be sent into more homes in the future.

Don't ever used this company they are reckless I used them on the 7/7/2024 pay the guys to bubble wrap my television and they let my 65 inch tv broke and now they are telling me I had work man in the property useless liars

Booked a service 2 weeks in advance for 11am - 3pm because I had a friend volunteed for helping but I promised them they could leave by 3:30pm. The day before the service they called me if I could change the time to 9am - 1pm. Obviously not, I planned 2 weeks ago. I couldn't just change the schedule in the last minute. I said no and they said see you tmr at 11am. Guess what? They showed up at 1:40pm. They said their pervious job had a building with no lift service. Well well well. How's that an excuse for a 160 mins delay? They obviously had double-booked the same time slot with another customer other than me. That's why they called last night to ask me to change the time to 9am. They said they would make up the time lost but they couldn't. The job was finished after 4:00pm that day, more than 60 mins later than what was agreed.

Also, in order to catch up the time lost, they did not handle my belongings as carefully as they should had. They broke one handle of my luggage, two clothes carrying bags, not to mention I paid extra 5pounds for a mattress cover and the mattress ended up with leaves and dusts all over it.

I tried to ask for an hour compensation but they refused . They said they couldn't control the last job had a huge delay, which was a lie. They could totally avoid it by not take another job that obviously was having a time coflict with mine, with the fact that I booked them 2 weeks ago.

I will not recommend this bad time management removals team to anyone that think punctuality is a serious matter. Feel like (and actually) I am cheated. Avoid at all cost please.

I made the mistake of not paying attention to the one-star reviews this service is getting.

They didn't complete the job. They told me upon arriving at the new place that they didn't get to the bathroom due to not having a big enough van (for my small, one-bedroom flat), which I ultimately okayed, but they also left things everywhere. Entire drawers filled with cutlery and clothes, untouched.

(This was after they turned up without enough products to actually do the packing - apparently I was supposed to tell them specifically what to bring, which is not what their competitors expect and wasn't explained to me beforehand. I was forgiving at the time because I assumed it was just a miscommunication, but with everything else...)

I called, and they asked me to take pictures and send them over. I took pictures - items left all over the floor, drawers untouched, etc. No response. Checked in multiple times over the next month. I received one email ensuring me that they would get back to me by that Friday, but of course nobody ever emailled back again. One last email from me, and now I've given up. They're clearly just hoping I'll stop complaining.

There are better companies for the same rate. Don't stop looking yet.
