Ordering on line very user friendly. Ladies who dealt with my order were very friendly, polite and professional in their approach.
Although the mower I ordered was not available due to manufacturer having no stock available. The ladies I dealt with offered an alternative and were very helpful. Unfortunately due to requiring a certain spec of mower sadly i did place an order but will most certainly revisit if and when required. Thank you

Feider self propelled garden vac
A quality robust machine offered at an excellent price.Within 12 months of purchase I found a serious fault & I was put through to Sally in customer services. Sally’s help was invaluable & despite having a major fire in their warehouse resulting in loss of parts & stock Sally had the patience to guide me through the online process of contacting their sister company in France, ultimately resulting in a full refund. At the age of 67 I’m a real dinosaur with modern tech, so thank you Sally for your 5 star support over this matter. I will not hesitate in making further purchases with this company when the need arises.

We had a problem with the online ordering as when I tracked the order it had apparently been cancelled. I called mow direct and I must say the lady I spoke to was more than helpful. I was informed that online orders had been a problem and just to order over the phone. After the initial problem the service was excellent.

Order was handled very well; communication was good and arrived earlier than expected. The courier wasn’t very helpful, as he just left it in the doorway for my wife to manhandle it into the house by herself. Product is great!

Twice the van broke down. Very poor response to calls. Lack of interest from office staff who seemed to have little understanding of my service requirements.

Im very sorry it has taken so long to get your machine back to you , you stated it is the quiet time of year not for us it isnt we have 2 vans on the road every day and are about to have a 3rd from next week. Most garden machinery dealers are quoting a minimum of 3 weeks to turn around for service some up to 6. It is so frustrating for us as well when a vehicle breaks down we were hoping the AA were going to be able to sort and he would be on his way but unfortunately not , we do now have a new van arriving to help with all the collections and redeliveries. I believe Alex has delivered your tractor back to you today.
Once again im very sorry for the delay and please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience this has caused.

I was extremely disappointed with this company. I purchased a sit on mower for £3000 and paid for it at the end of January. I was told it would be delivered within a couple of weeks. having not heard anything throughout the whole of February, I decided to chase it up myself. I spoke to one of the staff at Mow direct and she assured me that despite it seemingly to take longer than normal, the mower was on order and I would be receiving a phone call the following week with details of delivery. this call didn’t happen and so I chased the order again. This time I was told by Mow direct that the order had never gone through and that all of the sit on mowers had been allocated meaning I would not get mine until the end of May. naturally, I was extremely unhappy and asked for a full refund which I am still waiting for. Mow direct were happy to take my money but provided absolutely no after sale support. They did not make any effort to check that the order had gone through and was in the system. They made no effort to track the order to ensure that it was on target for delivery. they even told me that it was, in fact, on order when it wasn’t and that they would not normally chase up an order unless the customer had chased it up first. When I queried why I had been told the order was in the system when it wasn’t, I was told that whoever I had spoken to had clearly not followed through on the request. I think it goes a little further than that. I think I was actually misinformed about the order. I’m my opinion, this is appalling customer service.

Chased, and chased me over and over again for a lawnmower service, booked an appointment and on two occasions didn’t bother turning up, DO NOT USE THEM!!

A slight delay in dispatch of my lawn scarifier was quickly resolved by a short telephone call. The scarifier arrived and functioned as advertised. The machine was a Feider FST-200 Petrol scarifier.

I can see from your account that you placed your order late afternoon on the 21st this would not have been picked up by the sales team until the next day, as these mowers are sent directly from the supplier stock can change overnight. On calling them on the 22nd they had sold out but were expecting a new delivery early March, they must have arrived a few days early as we were then notified to say they had arrived, unfortunately they do not supply us with any tracking some were unable to give you that information. I do think a 1 star is a bit unfair as we notified you straight away about the issues and we didnt take your money until we had been advised they had received new stock.
