DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! I am very busy and typically don't have time to write reviews but this place should NOT be in business and those they have stolen from must warn others. This is my warning to you. This "company" is NOT a moving company; they employ a few people and get other people not employed by them to move your items. I actually had one of the "movers" whisper to me that they were not employed by this company; the company hired them from Craig's List! A list of my experience includes: a DOUBLING of the cost quoted, multipe broken furniture pieces, deep gauges in the floor to my new location, refusal to inform me of when my items would be delivered, their staff hanging up on me and my brother when I tried to contact them, a file cabinet with the lock removed, a working printer that no longer worked upon delivery, refusal to connect my TV although I was told from the origin location that all things disconnected on one end would be reconnected on the other end. When I quoted this to the person, his response was "I don't care what you were told, I will not connect the TV." Exact words. I was repeatedly lied to from staff telling me I would be contacted and never heard from them again. The list could go on and on. This place is a scam and I believe it preys on people (especially women). They were extremely disrespectful to me when I tried to get answers. DO NOT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS! I have seen very negative reviews about this place and they may be removing them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE OR USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK! I will do everything I can to find as many platforms as possible to leave this review.
