Both on the phone team and the person who came out was both very friendly answered the questions I sorted and got my new wheelchair today everything went well

I’ve purchased two wheelchairs from Motus mobility and I’ve been very satisfied with the purchase and after sales response from the company, especially Matt. He’s always been very helpful and responsive to any questions or assistance that I needed. Would highly recommend using them.

Fabulous service for my son’s wheelchair. Great price for an extremely thorough once over which ours our mind at ease for another year! Motus come to your home and their knowledge is second-to-none.

The team I worked with were patient, kind, reassuring and understanding. Duncan was amazing and very knowledgable about what would work best for my Ehlers-Danlos syndrome as i'm prone to dislocating my shoulders and elbows when self propelling. He made sure my wheelchair would be a perfect fit for me while allowing me the space i need to change the position of my hips & legs easily. My wheelchair just arrived yesterday and i have never been happier! Its extremely easy to propel, super comfy for my joints & is really smooth going over rough terrain. If you're new to custom wheelchairs or just not sure where to start i 100% recommend Motus Medical… i plan on using them again in the future.

The engineer (Joe) was very helpful, informative and fully explained what parts and work needed to be done to bring the wheelchair back to 'as new' condition. I'm now waiting for a quote from the company re any individual optional items/parts and would be interested to know of any monthly/quarterly maintenance payment scheme available.

The engineer arrived at the given time and gave me a friendly greeting. He proceeded to take Wheelchair out to his van,after an hour he brought the wheelchair back into the bungalow and reported it was in good condition.

I’m very pleased with the knowledgeable of Motus Medical for home assessment and offering great products to buy and to use for all my daily activities to be more independent.

Sarah and Duncan were brilliant from ordering my powerchair to the handover Duncan explained everything about my chair and adjusted things to suit me

Bought the chair from Motus nearly 3 years ago and still as helpful.
Booking the service was easy and price given before booking.
Engineer turned up on time and stripped the chair checking everything.
Feel happy now it's finally had a checkup.

Both Karen and Duncan went out of their way to help my daughter Emily get her wheelchair. They are quick to reply to any queries and very knowledgable about the different wheelchair options. We would definitely recommend them.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service I received. Just two weeks after the service, the screws on the castor wheels came out, which posed a serious safety risk. This situation was both unexpected and unacceptable.

I contacted your customer service team to report the issue, but unfortunately, no assistance was provided. I found the response lacking and unhelpful, especially given the potential danger involved.

Additionally, I believe the cost of the call-out and engineer services does not reflect the quality of service provided. For the amount charged, I expected a more reliable and lasting solution, as well as better customer support.

I would appreciate it if you could review this matter and respond with a suitable resolution.
