Ordered some motordrome parts for my car from a third party seller in the uk. I was sent 2 of the same part not one for each side of the car, so i emailed both motordrome and the third party. Motordrome replied within the day while the third party didnt reply at all. Motordrome asked me which the incorrect part was and informed me they was away for summer break but as soon as they were back they sent the part. The third party conveniently replied after being left a 1 star review.
I will definitely be buying from motordrome again, great quality parts and customer service.

I purchased a front splitter for the 208 GT from them. By mistake they sent me the wrong version and when I reported it they said it was the right one and I had to insist with photos and more. Only when faced with the evidence did they send me the right one, which arrived in terrible packaging and with the Product bent and scratched in various places. Now they ignore me and no longer respond to messages. Judge for yourself.
Ho acquistato da loro uno splitter frontale per 208 GT. Per errore mi hanno inviato la versione sbagliata e quando ho segnalato la cosa a loro dire era quello giusto e ho dovuto insistere con foto e altro, Solo davanti all'evidenza mi hanno inviato quello giusto, che è arrivato in un imballo pessimo e con il prodotto piegato e graffiato in vari punti. Adesso mi ingnorano e non rispondono più ai messaggi. Giudicate voi
