I was told my order would take 2 to 3 days for delivery. That moved to 6 days. The bike tyre was sent from a supplier in Germany to a DPD depot in Germany. Where it remained for 19 days. Before, for a reason never explained to me. It was sent from DPD back to the German supplier. I contacted Moto-Tyres to ask for a refund. I was told it would take 2 to 3 days. Currently that is now 6 days. I have tried to ring the call line but after 1 hr 15 minutes of being No1 in the queue. No one answered the phone. I'm now trying email contact. The whole thing has been an absolute shambles and it hasn't been resolved yet.

Ordered tyres for my bike it said on web site tyres in stock and 4/5 days delivery time when placed order and payed then it showed me a two week waiting time three weeks later still no tyres plus the tracking number is useless if you live in the uk as it’s for Germany managed to speak to customer service and they inform me that the tyre has now been lost in transit

Ordered a tyre supposedly from a uk company so expecting a fairly quick delivery. Eventually got a tracking number but showed the item was in Germany. A week later still no update on the tracking info other than waiting for item, looks like this was a fake tracking ID. Luckily I used PayPal so got a refund. Don’t waste your time or money with these clowns

If I could leave zero I would company is the biggest scam ever do not purchase from this company at all they will take your money and not send goods now I’m fighting with my bank to get my money back , woman on the phone couldn’t even confirm when I would receive them or revive any confirmation after I paid definitely wish I read this reviews first absolutely shocking theiving scammers.

tyre took ages to arrive, and then its wrong size!! will have to contact my bank to recover the payment, absolute shambles of a company.... takes your order and states it is in stock. when it clearly isnt.... then up to threeo weeks before tyre turns up, and then its wrong size!!

This company takes an order for your tyre, but they seem to have no "influence" or control over the "warehouse" which they claim has it in stock or actually getting it delivered. I have been waiting 6WEEKS since I placed my order (with my bike off the road as the current tyre is not longer road legal) . I have contacted them several times to chase the order and phoned them and they are absolutely as useless as it is possible to imagine. I would very strongly advise you NOT TO USE THIS COPMPANY .

I ordered 2 Road 6s on 12 June as a pair. After the order confirmation they separated the front and rear and treated them as separate orders. A pending charge appeared on my credit card and two separate invoices land on 15th. Then nothing and the charge disappears from my card. Contacting them is practically impossible so I assume the order had been lost/cancelled. On 22nd June they sent a shipping status email for the rear tyre only stating delivery on 24th and the full invoice value for a pair if tyres appears back on my card. The rear finally arrived on 26th and the courier left it on my front doorstep (spotted it on my security camera whilst working away and had to get a neighbour to take it so it didn't get stolen). Sadly there is still no sign or communication related to the front tyre. So after 18 days I have one tyre no clue as to the whereabouts of the other. I couldn't wait forever so ordered another pair from Bikespeed in Scotland (I suggest anyone reading this review does the same rather than using Moto-tyres). And the icing on the cake is that despite the name they are in Germany and by the looks of it they are Germany's most shambolic company. With regard to the outstanding front tyre, I fully expect to have to involve the credit card company to avoid paying for goods I don't receive.

Ridiculous wait for goods .. from Germany - could have walked there quicker. Order placed 12 th June .. expected 22nd June now been told 26th June
Should have read the reviews but will NEVER use again.

I really wish that I had read the reviews before placing my order. The company lacks transparency completely, and I am not sure how they could operate under these terms all the way from Germany.

They skillfully hide all communication channels, do not provide any other info to reach out and ask questions. Their AI agent on the page is useless and lies about where the product is shipped from. Horrible. Complete waste of time and money! Stay away.

Not uk based....3 weeks later and not the Tire I ordered....can't get hold of anyone.....my opinion is pay more and get it sooner with no hassle...typical example of cheaper ain't better......

I placed an order through tyres.net and they brokered it to these folks. The tracking number I received was for a delivery made in Germany. It has been 2 weeks now and I still don't have a real tracking number!
I called them in office hours and spent 30 mins at position one in the queue. I assume that you need people answering the phone to get beyond that :(
I will give them one more week to deliver or I will get the credit card company to reverse the charges.

I wish I had read the reviews before making a purchase over 20 days now and still waiting,horrendous service lots of pointless auto replies still telling me it will be delivered 5 days ago…
Avoid like the plague

Ordered two tyres. Weeks later sent one wrong tyre. No way to contact them or cancel the order. Complete jokers.

Based in Germany not UK like they make out, takes over 3 weeks to deliver with tracking information in German that doesn't recognise the RD code or your postcode, then cancels on the date of delivery with no explanation, no email, no refund nothing!
Can't get through on the phone and they ignore emails..
Wish I had read the reviews first but luckily got my money back through Paypal after reporting them!

A totally dishonest and uncivilised online retailer.
Ordered 2 motorcycle tyres from this company on a 2 to 5 days delivery term.
After 2 and a half weeks (during which time all my emails were ignored), one of them showed up… it is 3 and a half weeks since placing the order now and the rear tyre is still not here.
They have finally responded to my several emails today only to inform , without acknowledging the situation and in a rude manner , that they refuse to refund and that I simply have to wait.
And nothing else…
No idea what I could do now… there is no option to contact them via telephone call and therefore I emailed them again…hopefully hear something from them some time this year.
A terrible experience, would not recommend them under any circumstance.

Moto Tyre cancelled my order without explanation. Promised me a refund. I bought a tyre elsewhere because they cancelled my order. They have not refunded me, and now 2 months later have delivered the tyre I no longer need and refuse to refund me or collect the tyre. Do not deal with this company.

I ordered a tyre and received a tracking number, but it was in a language I couldn’t understand.

Three days after placing the order, I contacted customer support via chat because there was no response from a real person. I was then informed, through the chatbot, that the tyre had already been delivered.

However, I work from home every day and have security cameras around my house. There is no evidence of any delivery, and no sign that a courier ever arrived.

Despite this, the system continues to claim the item has been delivered. When I try to raise a complaint, I receive no meaningful response, and my emails go unanswered.

At this point, I think that this may be a scam.

Quoted 2-5 working days for delivery, which is actually now quoted as 2.5 weeks!
Just not good enough

Absolute shambles!! It says tyre delivered which is not true, then courier didn’t deliver it twice tho i was home all day! Tried to call moto-tyres, spent 59min waiting for them to pick up (of which 37min as first in a queue) after 1hr of waiting to automatically disconnect me! Now i have no tyre nor money back! Avoid avoid avoid!

Where is my 2nd tyre? 1st one delivered, 2nd one is in Germany somewhere. RD55738464
