Motion Finance - Much recommended
Motion Finance were quick and easy to deal with. They sorted my finance quickly but also gave me the space I needed during the time of viewing/test driving my car. When Sam called me, he thoroughly explained everything to me but also made it easy to understand. My application was approved within 20 minutes, completed within 24 hours and ready to be paid to the car dealership.

Right to withdraw and being ignored
Motion Car Finance appeared to be wonderful when setting up hire purchase for a new vehicle - however upon calling them to say I wanted to withdraw from the agreement, I was told that was fine and somebody would call me back soon to sort it out, it’s been 24 hours now and nobody has. Funny how when they’re trying to get me to sign something, they’re calling every fifteen minutes to prompt me to sign quicker, but when I decide to opt out (because my insurance hasn’t paid me for the write off of my car yet and I don’t have the money for the remainder of the car), there’s nothing but crickets.
Can’t help feeling extremely uneasy about this, is the plan to ignore me until I’m outside of the 14 day cooling off period?? This had better be sorted by day’s end today.
EDIT: The reply from Motion Finance indicates I have collected the vehicle - I have not. I haven’t seen the car since my test drive and told the dealership (well within the 14 day cooling off period) that I do not want to proceed with the vehicle purchase. I DO NOT HAVE THE VEHICLE. There also was no part-exchange, no idea where you got that information from. Additionally, you have NOT spoken to me directly about this, I tried to talk to you and someone said they’d call me back and nobody did.
