Amazing!! I spoke to a lovely man called Marco who works as a financial advisor and was later put in touch with Alison Jones (mortgage broker). Both members of this team offered me friendly and accurate advice and made me feel very at ease considering my exact situation. They were able to sort me a mortgage out when nobody else could despite having a poor credit rating and being in a debt management plan. I never thought it would be possible for me but they have helped me step by step throughout the whole process. Highly recommend mortgage gym, they are absolute life savers!!

Vincent was really helpful and answered all my questions throughout the process of getting the mortgage. I really couldn't have manoeuvred through all the different processes without him. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for help with their mortgage application.

Vincent Keane was proactive and supportive of us, as we made our application for our first mortgage. He replied in a timely manner to all e-mails, answered all of our questions, and went out of his way to help us obtain a mortgage agreement which was well suited our needs. We would recommend him to others without reservation.

Our mortgage is going really well at present. We raised some issues and they were promptly dealt with straight away and have contacted us to ensure positive progress continues. My advice is to contact the company straight away if you are not happy, have queries or your advisor is unavailable. You can contact them up to 7pm. There response was fantastic and we are thrilled at the way Michelle is dealing with our mortgage application.

Would highly recommend Vincent Keane to anyone wanting to obtain a mortgage. Vincent secured an excellent rate on my 2 year fixed deal and it’s now saving me £180 a month! He kept me updated throughout and was proactive.

At first I published a negative review however I couldn't have been more wrong. In the end they provided an efficient service and great customer feedback.

The only thing I would advise is too provide more of an explanation if an appointment needs to go to a different advisor, but this was quickly rectified so great customer service!

Highly recommended.

Love this website....why hasn't anyone made a website like this before? I found out that I could get a mortgages before i went to view a property this afternoon, made a cheeky offer off the back of having confidence I could borrow enough. Now progressing to an appointment to get my offer. Made my weekend. Happy chappy.

Great service from Vincent, from the online process to the consultation, was the easiest part of the move, if only other service providers could move with the times like Mortgage Gym, have recommended to friends already.

Wow, truly impressed, straight forward, easy, quick and a great example of modern technology, like booking a holiday!

No complaints at all, if only I could sell my house I would be using Mortgage Gym to finance the new one. I am really impressed about the personal nature of the set up; Giulia is my point of call and I only deal with her. She knows me and what I am trying to do so I don't have to explain to someone new. I never knew you could 'port' a mortgage to another one which is great to know. When the market recovers, I will not hesitate to be back in touch.

Started this off, great contact, given an appointment time for someone to ring,and have sat here waiting and waiting and waiting. Not good really and then told that I was rung twice when we were sat by the phone??? lies !!! Not good at all.
20/3/19 Have been spoken to by Kavan and arranged a second chance.Lots of apologies and constructive advice.They do sound good so another appointment for 21/3. We shall see but sounding much more promising.Great convo this morning 21/3 very positive, we know where we are going now. Thanks again.
Am sorry to say but this turned out to be a stressfull ,lengthy and disappointing experience, Kavan is a great mediator but the rest has let us down and made us as 60's+ applicants feel not worthy.Others may get on well ,we did not.
