I cannot express enough how happy I am with the service we were given by everyone at the mortgage advice hub. A special thanks to Rosie Chick and Mollie Clayton who were brilliant. Rosie was able to provide us with a deal where others said it was not possible. With a few days, we had an agreement in principle sitting in our inbox. From start to finish, they were responsive, proactive & showed a genuine interest in our case. I would highly recommend this company to anybody looking for a decent mortgage broker, and if I ever need to use one again, I know exactly who I will be going back to. Thank you mortgage advice hub, we are now the proud owners of a beautiful house for our family.

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish, Ryan has been a huge help all the way through. I cannot thank him enough, so easy to do with his help and then Lilly too towards the end.Would highly recommend!

What an amazing company. Absolute brilliant service from the start of my mortgage application right up to the completion . From the beginning Andrew , Lilly and especially grace were always a constant, there at any point to give a guiding hand through the mortgage process.

Amelia Shirley was a great adviser. if I had any questions or concerns along the way, she would always be there to answer those questions, and to help me. She made this journey easy and was of a great help in getting my own house. She did a brilliant and successful job. And she was a great pleasure to work with.

So this mortgage company will just waste your time. They respond pretty slowly but that isn't the worst part. They gave us our DIP, we made an offer on a house, then gave them all requested documents. A couple of days passed. They asked for a couple more things (nothing out of normal) a few more days passed, they asked for a few more things. Then a week of silence to get an email from Susan saying " Thank you for sending over your documents, unfortunately after reviewing your documents you are outside of the lenders criteria. I have no other lending options available for you at this time.". That was it. Nothing else, not a call not an explanation. I called her and asked what was the criteria in which she just wouldn't answer. I asked to speak to the lender. She said there was no specific lender. It was a pool of lenders. Right... OK? I then asked if she actually applied for a mortgage which she didn't. She could provide no answer, no reason to why they wouldn't apply, no advice at all. We managed to then get in contact with a different broker the next day and get a mortgage offer within 12 days of this fiasco. The mortgage advice hub charge £399 (crazy right!) for them to get you a mortgage (£199 for the applications £200 on approval). Don't pay them, don't give them a penny. They really don't have a clue and unfortunately, I was naive enough to think that paying a lot of money would ensure I was well looked after. In hind sight I'm pleased they rejected us (for whatever the reason) but it did waste precious time. One positive is that they did refund my £199 I paid for the mortgage application they didn't submit so I guess they aren't scammers. Got to find something good aye?
