DO NOT order from this site! I did and regret it. When I got my order, nothing fit, so I asked for replacements. Shoes I ordered were so cheaply made and looked nothing like the ones on the website. The same could be said for the dresses. When I contacted them, they asked for pictures and told me just to hang on to them that they would send replacements in the correct sizes. I did everything asked of me. After continually asking for a response, they FINALLY got in touch only to tell me that the grace period was up and there was nothing they could do. They strung me out just long enough for that to happen before responding. Needless to say, they will not respond to my emails now. NEVER AGAIN!

I went to redeem the store credit I had to fight for, and the site redirects to maddivale.com. The site has the same products. Stay away from maddivale.com!

Ordered a ladies coat and several two piece outfits. Each item was poorly made thin almost see through material and not as depicted. Now their website is "under construction" and you can't get a refund unless you mail the items internationally to Holland. What a crock of crooks!

I've had TWO bad experiences. The first time, I tried to return some dresses that I thought looked nice but turned out to be very cheaply made in tacky fabric. I was told there was no way to return the clothes unless I paid to mail them to China. They said I could keep the dresses (which I gave away) and they would do a partial refund for store credit only. I finally agreed and they gave me a voucher for $190 that has NEVER worked on their site worked on their site despite multiple complaints. So, nominally they game me some of my money back to spend with them - and then they won't let me use it!

The second time was when I tried to use the voucher and the site wouldn't let me input the number - but immediately charged my credit card!! I tried to cancel the order, but there is no button on the site to allow you to do that. Their instructions say that if you cancel within 20 minutes, they will cancel the order. I wrote them within 10 minutes and got a message saying they were busy and would get back to me within 48 hours - at which time the message was they they had processed my order and couldn't stop it. So, I took the clothes and donated them (which is what I intended to do with the clothes from the voucher).

Essentially, this place is a SCAM!! I intend to let the world know that NO ONE should do business with this organization. They could care less about their customers and are out to take you for all they can.

I placed an order and paid $80 for a pair of boots. When they arrived, I was not happy with them so I reached out to get return instructions. I had to jump through hoops at their request and they were hesitant to give me a refund. I sent the item back to the return address and afterwards was told they had to be shipped international to a different address. It cost me a other $18 to send them back to the return address. I have emailed them about 10 times to get my refund and got one excuse after another, the last one being that they do not accept returns at the address I sent to. They took me for $100 and they got their merchandise back. I suggest no one deal with this so called company. They are very shady and I consider them to be thieves. I reported them to the BBB.

The company was understanding of my problem and generous in their proposed solution. I am enjoying all three pairs of my suede boots. They are comfortable and complement many of my outfits.

I love my boots! I was kinda scared about ordering boots through the mail, but I’m glad I did.

Return process is painful and costly as package must be shipped to China. 4 months after shipping, package was returned to me. There was a Chinese stamp on it so clearly it made its way to China however the company refused to acknowledge that. Further, since the return was now outside the return window they would only offer a 15% discount on ordering something else from them. I think it is terrible business practice bordering on a scam.

I wish you can receive items in like 4 days but I understand. They stay in contact with you and let you know where everything is at. They want to ensure you’re satisfied. Great colors as well.

The shoes were a perfect fit and looked elegant

The Morgan boots I ordereda are beautiful but have a little more of an olive green tone than I thought they would. They also had a weird smell but I put them outside in a chair and by the next morning the smell was gone.

The boots took almost two months to arrive, they don't fit right, are huge in the calf, and the toe of one boot was worn as well as the side of the other boot being shiny like it had been worn off. But to return I have to pay the shipping and no guarantee I'll get my money back

Besides being a little slow receiving order, I was very pleased with my boots. Very comfortable!

Ordered what I thought was one outfit for my wife. When I checked out, got two charges! Immediately went to them and said did not order the second item … nothing they could do they e-mailed! Waited, waited, waited, took 3-4 weeks to get. In USA bag, wrong color, wrong outfit, cheap, cheap, cheap. Cannot get a return number or info., keep getting a run around. Never Do Business here! Never! Trying now to get charge reversed! Scam city! Again, Never Order from this fake company!

I bought a beautiful pair of boots. They arrived in a timely manner and fit perfectly! I have received many compliments. They are very comfortable to wear. I can wear them all day.

This really should be ZERO STARS! Never in my life have I bought 2 pairs of boots that were sent in a bag mashed together. No box with any stuffing to keep the shape of the boots! I didn’t order ruched boots or wrinkled boots, but that’s exactly what they sent! Wrinkled orthopedic boots that are not orthopedic! They offered me 50% off my next order, I told them no way! I want my money back on my card. Then they send me this address in HOLLAND! I went to post office to find out what the cost to ship 3.5 lbs of boots, it was $82!!!! WTH! That’s almost as much as what I spent on the 2 pairs of boots!!!!
This company shipped my bag of boots from Thousand Oaks CA. Why can’t we ship it back to that location?! What a scam and Super sketchy! I’m letting my credit card company know! I had no idea how bad their reviews were. Companies like Morgan and Madison mislead their customers by shipping items in bags that say “Morgan and Madison United States”.

Purchased a pair of "orthopedic" boots. They were not comfortable! I contacted the company and they told me to take pics of boots so they could review them. They then came back and told me instead of sending them back they would give me a 50% credit on my next purchase with them. That is not what their return policy states. I then told them I would bevdeclining their offer and needed an address to return my product for a full 100% value. They sent and address. Their returns are in Holland. Odd since they "claim" to be in the US. It cost me $35 to send back a pair of $75 boots, that they said they would credit me after they received the return item. Though I am livid at the over seas shipping and the cost of shipping. I will be recieving my entire purchase price.
Consumers need to be aware of this shady dealing and Morgan & Madison should be ashamed of their pathetic business model. Buyer beware! Policies stated are riddled with mistruths

The boots are advertised Orthopedic but there is nothing in the footbed to indicate they are. There is nothing arch support, no padding for the foot or heel, just a flat design. So while the boot is pretty, there is nothing supporting Orthopedic. False advertising for those who expected good foot support and comfort for orthopedic needs.
