Quality, Design and Stork clerk
I was looking for a nice coat for my son. I’ve seen a brand never seen in my life between high brands. I guess it’s a moment to not give up never from Moose Knuckle. Coat was really have great quality and desingn. And of course store clerk was really helpful and friendly and after bought the coat she’s accomplished till to enter of the store. I won’t forget the hospitality and her eye color. 😄
I’ll visit again the Metzingen next time.

Awful experience
Awful experience. Will never buy from mooseknuckle again. Shame because some cute stuff.
Bought the tracksuit and wore it once. Material on pocket ripped (over the snap). Less the a month old and store said couldn’t help. Spent almost two weeks with customer service, answering so many questions and sending >10
Pictures.
Later came back and said “regular wear and tear”. Asked to escalate as a 700$ tracksuit shouldn’t have wear and tear in a month. Customer service very dismissive so have escalated to Consumer Protection Canada

Bicester visit
The team in the Bicester Village store were brilliant. Greeted on entry, allowed to shop with out being hassled but the team were on hand when I needed help. My receipt says Kaih served me and he was very helpful and engaging. I’m a retail store manager and would be happy for any of the team working that morning to be part of my team.

Unable to give any solution of my lost package
Moose knuckles or Fedex one of them lost my order. Fedex told me to ask shipper (moose knuckles) and when i talked with customer service of moose knuckles they refuse to give any solution and told me that the package is delivered without giving me any proof and closed my case. Will never order again from them. Totally Disappointed 👎🏻

Classic Bunny Hoodie Review
I bought the classic bunny hoodie for my brother, he absolutely loved it and it’s his go to when the weather starts getting cold.
The customer service was exceptional, I was well taken care of right when I stepped into the store until I left. Amazing experience, highly recommend their products. Very high quality.

I bought a couple of Moose Knuckles…
I bought a couple of Moose Knuckles polo shirts and was disappointed with the quality. After just one wash, I noticed visible fading, especially along the collar fold where the color had noticeably worn off, leaving a clear faded line. The fit is good, but the fabric feels cheap and doesn't match the premium price. I expected much better durability from a brand like this.
