I am satisfied with the quality your brands clothing, and I also appreciate the polite and professional behavior of your staff.Howover, I am disappointed that you do not seem to offer any exclusive rewards or discounts for your loyal customers. Many other brands provide special promotions, loyalty discounts, or member-exclusive benefits in addition to their regular public sales. I believe introducing a loyalty program or offering exclusive benefits to returning customers would greatly enhance the customer experience and encourage lone-term loyalty.

Confusing Sale Price Tags
I bought two items for my husband for our anniversary, but the sale pricing was misleading\. The employee told us the items were on sale, so I assumed the price on the tag was the original price and that the discount would be applied at checkout\. I was surprised to find out the tag price was already the sale price\. It would be much clearer if the tags showed both the original price and the sale price\.
