I order 2 jackets total of $3400 and…
I order 2 jackets total of $3400 and when my package was supposed to arrive to arrive it never did. Mosse kuckel told me my package has arrived and there was nothing they can do. When I advised them I have a ring camera and no one came to the door to drop anything off they can have a look for them self they just kept repeating proof of delivery on FedEx said it was delivered but signed by someone else LMAO. I then called them after a period of time and demanded them to look into it again cuausw FedEx said they never stated a claim for a missing package. They again told me to e same exact thing. I called my bank to open a dispute and you won’t belive what, they opened up a claim with FedEx and my items were found a couple days later. They stated FedEx delivered to the wrong address and someone brought it to a FedEx location telling them they have messed up and because someone actual wanted to help me I found my stuff. I have now returned my order and will no longer be doing business with moose knuckle ever again the service and experience has been terrible and poor customer service.
