Underwhelmed and disappointed
We recently dined at Moo Moos and left extremely disappointed. While the venue is stylish and the staff initially friendly, the food and overall experience were far below expectations. The Spice Rubbed 1kg Wagyu Rump Cap Roast was dry, bland, and absolutely not worth the premium price.
Far worse, my wife became violently ill after eating an oyster that tasted metallic. Within 45 minutes, she was nauseous, running to the bathroom, and eventually vomiting everything she ate. This completely ruined our evening.
Although the staff were sympathetic and removed the oysters from the bill, their dismissive comments about “the timing of food poisoning” were unhelpful and unprofessional. For a restaurant that charges top dollar, this level of food quality and response is unacceptable. We did try to resolve this with the restaurant directly; however, they were just dismissive and un-sympathetic.
I would strongly caution others before dining here.
