I must say I became agitated when the trousers I placed an order for (size L) arrived labeled with 2XL tags. I even wrote a terse note in the feedback section because I could see the return process was going to mean I had to pay for shipping, and I had to rely on the company’s honor to be fair in refunding me for the ostensible return. Then I read the sizing disclaimer about Japanese sizes being 2 sizes difference. Now, I should point out that the difference from L to 2XL is actually 3 sizes, I am happy to say I tried on the trousers and they not only fit perfectly but look amazing. So now I will be needing to apologize for having assumed mismanagement and ill will on Moomenn’s part. My purchase: Drop Crotch Cuffed Trousers Sirwal MD0R in navy blue.

In July, before going away I ordered two pairs of the 'MOO Relaxed Fit Cotton Linen Shorts BMSS380', one beige and one grey. I was quoted delivery of 10 days and I can say they were delivered pretty much on the 10th day.

On opening, I was really pleased with the high quality feel of the material and the unique design. However, on closer inspection, they had inadequate labelling. The grey pair had some generic Chinese brand label called 'fashion bojun fushi' (the beige pair had no brand label) but no washing instructions or type of material. Seemed to me like they had just come from a generic Chinese factory. The label on the beige pair was in Chinese. To my surprise I found the quality checking of the beige pair to be very poor, the intended folds on the front were not symmetrical (there was a crease fold on one side only!), the pockets were more noticeably shallower than the grey pair and the flaps on the bottom of the legs had no slits in them to fasten the buttons!

To make matters even worse, the one pair which did have a washing instruction/material label (the beige pair) indicated that these trousers were not in fact linen at all! They were actually 65% cotton and 35% polyester! How dishonest! The reason I bought these shorts in the first place is because they were listed as linen! With only a few days to go before going away to a hot country I had to get my mum to sew in button slits in the leg flaps.

I contacted Moomenn by email who did respond in 4 days but knew that I wouldn't be returning them (as I had them repaired and I needed to wear them while I was on holiday). They offered me a 30% refund on the beige pair to which I agreed. However, that doesn't negate the fact there is nothing Islamic about dishonest marketing and labelling these as linen when they are in fact not! Decent customer service but poor quality control from 3rd party suppliers at high prices and misleading marketing will sadly mean I shall not be purchasing anything from Moomenn again. At the time of writing (September) they still have these shorts labelled as 'linen' on their website!

Received my package today. It was a very pleasant surprise. Tried out the sirwal (loose trouser), the vintage kimono, and a shirt. Pleased with the quality and fit. The styles are very innovative and unique which I absolutely love. The only downside is the 2 week wait to get your order, which is understandable as they are a new and growing business. Wish them all the best and will be ordering from them again in future!

There delivery takes around 15 days to arrive. The return policy, well there is no return policy, the return process makes you take a photo of the items, after that it displays an error, saying no one is available to process your return. So once you've bought your items if you are unhappy with them there's no process to ask for a refund. Better off going to buy your modest clothing elsewhere. Avoid them.

A little later than I thought but only by a couple days probably due to Covid so I'm cool with that, nice hat, good quality, all round nice friendly service, many thanks....

I ordered on the 29th of December 21 we’re midway through January still has not arrived. Checked the tracking it’s been stuck in an airport since the 7th of jan.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I was promised delivery within 3 working days. I then got an email explaining it would be 2 weeks. I said this was too late so please cancel the order and refund. They ignored me. I sent a reminder. They ignored me. Then after 2 weeks I got a dispatch notice. I reminded them I didn’t want the order any more as they had changed the delivery time. They are trying to say this isn’t possible. I am pursuing it legally now.

They have since, sneakily, changed the shipping terms to U.K. on the website. Thankfully I have screen shots of all the original terms.

Disingenuous, untrustworthy, unhelpful.

Chinese quality (no brand one), chinese delivery (40 days), in fact the only non chinese thing is the company address (which misleaded me). Never again.

Firstly sizechart in the website screwed me up, the size that I was told fit me was S. That ended up not being the case after waiting for more than 30 days.

Secondly I had written a mail to them that I wanted to return the item and wanted to get a refund. When I finally returned it I did not receive any money because I had passed 15 days.

The second part I do acknowledge to be mostly my fault but it is kind of hard to grasp why you expect customers to wait more than a month to receive clothes while you can't even wait more than two weeks. And if you receive it after this time line you receive your clothes and hold on the money.

This seems unfair but as I said I do acknowledge that it was my fault and I have learnt a bit from my interaction with this company. I will not buy here again and will not recommend it to others but I have no hard feelings. I hope this company increase in their sincerity towards Allah and follow the example of his prophet صلى عليه وسلم.

After the reply I realize I was taking on my mistake more upon this website. I should have read the policy for return which I did not and I should have sent it earlier. It was because of me I lost 40 pound not because of this website. I do not know anyway we could find a solution as I simply was in the wrong.

I will still not recommend this website simply because there is a better one in Sweden where we live. In it you can buy cheaper clothes with the similar design arriving two days after buying it. I also know the person and would like to help him.

Needed to reach out to customer service regarding a sizing issue, and they were able to quickly and professionally solve my problem.

I love their selection of clothing! My only issue would be, only if you are impatient like me, the clothes arrive very late, but then again that may be due to Covid. I would still order from here again! They have a very good variety of clothing options.

As salamu alaikom wa rahmatoullah i'm happy to have a sunnah clothes but the material is a little weak as the jumper ist thorned up by the stiches (sleeve) otherwise is good and light to carry JazzakAllhu khayran
