Moniker has always provided me with prompt, patient, courteous and knowledgeable service. This combination is growing harder to find by the day in most companies. Moniker Associates with Sketchy Clients!
I have written to Moniker several times over the past year requesting legal support to get personal information which I did not authorize removed from a domain with which they are affiliated and from whom they received revenue. My information was harvested without my consent or knowledge and there is no one who is willing to help do the right thing or even provide me with a number to get the job done. No follow through. WEAK!

I had mistakenly let a domain expire
I mistakenly let a domain expire and it had been deleted from my account. The support team got it imported back into my account so I could renew it - with no extra charges. Very Pleased.
