Please Do Not select Dr. John Reschke as your primary care dentist. He will not do a good job on your teeth. He did a high filling in one of my teeth and it became very painful when chewing food, and very sensitive with cold and hot liquid. I never had any complain about that tooth, but he told me that you need a filling for that tooth.

He drilled both side of my tooth and create a big gap in between it. Now, anytime food gets in between my tooth, it start hurting and really bothering me. Flossing that tooth became very painful, because Dr. Reschke made both side of it very rough. Now, anytime I floss, the flossing thread become jumble up.

He is not taking his time to listen to his patients. He is always in a hurry. I will not recommend doctor Reschke for your dental care!

The Dentist is always is always with other patients while your left laying back in the dental chair waiting, this has happened during prcedures in the past. I also had a dental cleaning where they ran out of floss tooth paste and toothbrush, so i come back a month later and their still out. I'm trying to schedule the next cleaning and they say they are booked up for the year so they give me a appointment in late December and then they say they are usually off for Holidays so no guarantee i will get a cleaning.

I've been pleased with my experiences with the Allen location of Monarch Dental including the most recent. When someone mentions needing a dentist, I tell them about this Monarch location.

Service was good, nice staff. Appointment was 2 1/2 hours to long. They recommend almost $600, of service when I was expecting a free cleaning. I understand that insurance covers only part of it but no explanation was given why I couldn't get my free cleaning. It felt like they were just interested in billing more.

The people are very friendly :)

Very nice people and the dentist Mr Lee was super nice

I made an appointment but had to wait for 45mins. When I got back to the chair the dental hygentist had to tae care of someone else during my cleaning. At the end I usually get a toothbrush, toothpaste and floss but I didn't get anything. When I got to the front desk, I just stood there while Mabel sat in the back office eating her lunch and did not ask to help me. I should have just walked out. I will be looking for a new dentist.

Lab made a mistake with my upper partial. We are having to start all over. I'm hoping they get it right this time. My doctor, Doctor U, tried everything she could and it just wouldn't fit. I think she is a wonderful dentist and tries everything she can to get it to fit but it just would not. Lab could be better!

Great people made sure I was happy before I left seemed to really care about me and any concerns.

Staff was nice. Never spoke to Dentist. Didn't need to though. Communication is a little off with this company. The appointment consisted of x-rays and a hygienist just poking around in my mouth. They didn't do a cleaning! Then they showed me the total cost of the exam and the cleaning and offer fluoride. I asked them what are they talking about I didn't get a cleaning. They said for your next appointment. What???!!! I have to come back to the dentist for a second appointment. What happened to doing it all in one visit. Now I'm scheduled to get my cleaning in 3 Months. This is stupid. I will go get my cleaning in 3 months and find a new dental group. Thanks.

I really do not like Dentist but For the 1st time ever I feel as though they really care about me as a person, not a number. What I am having done is going to be a long process & they take the time to explain every step. To make sure I understand & that I am comfortable with what they are doing. Thank you for this & I will recommend them to everyone!!

All were very pleasant and nice. Prices way to high.

The staff was great to me. Dr Fisher was very Nice too. I was nervous about going in, as I had not been in for a very long time. But everyone was great and I appreciate the kindness.
